@illage2 the version is not for the latest version of firefox
@deonhotboy It works on my FireFox and I am using 3.6.4.

when i click install in SMART BOOKMARKS it said >> SMART BOOKMARK BAR 1.4.3 COULD NOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH FIREFOX 3.6.3

I've used the program in the past. It's pretty good. The one thing I had a problem with was that the icons wouldn't show up and the ico's I downloaded wouldn't show up either.

Yes it's a good add-on, means you can have lots of bookmarked sites on one toolbar and easy to get at.
