There are beautiful and not-so-beautiful women in every country around the world. One country doesn't have more beautiful women than the others because beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. Once we begin ranking beautiful women according to countries, we become a bit racist and discriminate women based on their phenotype features: light skin versus dark skin, European facial features versus Asian facial features, and so on. I also think that "beauty" has become a business and it makes $!
The reason I think Venezuela wins many beauty Pageants is because they have excellent training and preparation. Not only Venezuela, but other powerhouses such as Puerto Rico as well. Every country in the world has beautiful women. But it is how you prepare them that counts. Venezuela always chooses beautiful girls, but it is how they are trained that makes them successful. They are trained mentally and physically. They know what the judges like. This is the secret, and a very good one.

I guess the Miss Universe pageant in recent years is about appeasing some of their handpicked national directors (Japan, Mexico) and favoring fake manufactured beauties (Zuleyka &the 2 Venezuelas) over real ones (Colombia 08, Switzerland 06, Brazil 07).
