its wobbling, and im all to familiar with that. Every HTC camera has it..going back to the early Xda range. Anyone remember the Xda's? O2 used to sell them under their name .. those days HTC were behind the curtains . You would think in all these years they would have sorted the camera out, yet it still shakes ..i bet in the evening, its terrible. Nokia have always been fantastic with cameras.
