@Circafade777 ahaa the technique he's using is vocal fry, the point of the technique is so its not painful, its a kind of difficult technique to use because its more about balance and breath pressure than force which is difficult when your jumpin around stage. but he's good at it and yes, its exhale for anyone who was wondering, he just sounds tired so he's doing it light enough that it sounds like inhaling
