That is because you haven't either A.) Completed the first battle with Bowser or B.) You didn't do the second tutorial

It's not a website, it's a flash game called Super Mario 63 done by Runouw that was completed some time ago. If you find it on a website that isn't SheezyArt or Newgrounds and it's finished then it was stolen...I think o:

I'm glad the game is done! I found out 2 days ago and got 62 shine sprites and 63 star coins...Anyone know where the last coin and last 2 shine sprites are?

well i know where on is but you'll need the other the edge of mushroom kingdom and then better look at your star map and see the shine sprite and star coin

If you are referring to the one you get from doing the Fludd tutorial then that's not it o:

It says I'm missing one in Group A and the other one ??? I'm assuming is the final one you earn with the last castle star coin,which I currently, can not find :(

Yeah... You need 63 shines and star coins, go into the cannon (Which has now opened) Fire on top of the castle and get the wing cap, fire on top of the waterfall with the wingcap and cannon, and your in the last level, with the last Shine Sprite and the last Star Coin. But its up to you how you get them.

nah i think they said he was an unlockable. i got 2 new tatics: 1. when falling down like when ur in the clouds in bomb omb battlefield then u fall to the next part from the clouds, ground pund then ull go back up. 2. to reach the 2nd bowser fight easily without 20 stars dive up the slide.

you can obtain the ability to transform into luigi with 32 star coins.

No, remember the level editor room? go right and go to the second dorr and get him with 32 star points

You have to get a certain amount of star coins, then enter a room in the castle. I forget which one, but you CAN be Luigi at will.
