  • Awesome performance, this is so difficult both mentally and physically! Well done!

  • Dude, I'm in shape and have worked out for a long time. I've attempted this challenge twice and have never quite finished. This is fuckin hard dude!! Great job, way to crush this shit. You're inspiring me to try this again soon, and fuckin crush it when i do!!!

  • Out friggin standing, bud! Dont listen to that other guy. Id like to see him give this a go. Keep training man.

  • Nice video, I see you're unafraid to use it inside lol. Can you give me a hint about callouses/ripped up palms? With a 16 it doesn't occur but with a 32, my hand gets ripped up pretty fast for me. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

  • Wow, are you a boxer or something? The strength to weight ratio on you is damned good.

  • Which you are definetely not. You sure look like a small skinny dog. But don't give up hope skinny boy. Maybe one day you will become a real man. Or a real "dog" as you call it in your silly little vocabulary.

  • @meningzegger

You crack me up dude. You're either 12 years old or one of those bullies in high school that turned into a loser and now you're trying to relive your glory days of being the big man on campus. Either way I stand by my comment of you being an idiot. I'm happy with my training and my body composition. Do what you want homie..........now go back to playing WOW or whatever it is you do instead of training.

  • That KB looks pretty fake. That skeleton kid looks pretty thin for 32 kg. Second of all taking a rest to put the KB down, no record, kid.

  • @meningzegger

You're an idiot. It's real and don't judge a book by it's cover. Get off the internet, quit trying to disprove people's accomplishments (and integrity) and go do some training on your own. Maybe one day you'll be able to hang with the big dogs.

  • Hey man, awesome job! I was wondering, was there a particular protocol you used to prepare for this?

  • Very impressive good job man.

  • you would be awesome in the kettlebell competition lifts. based on this vid, you definitely have a jump start on the competition.

  • Holy hell. That was boss!

  • That was awsome!

  • You are a MACHINE, dude. Now that's real strength AND conditioning.

  • Amazing Comrade !

  • very impressive!!!! just wondering how many years it took to be on this level??all in all, respect:)

  • That was f'ing BEAST

  • How do you not tear your hands apart? Anytime I try high rep snatch I rip my callous and have to stop.

  • WELL DONE

  • Who the F*#K would 'dislike' this vid?

  • @order2khaos

Just some hater. There is one in every group.

  • Crazy Man... don't feel bothered but you dont look like somebody who could do this... I can do maybe 50-60 with my 32 until I am fully on the ground like a stone ^^. You are really really amazing.

  • @h4x0lZzz

No problem. I get that a lot "You don't look like you'd be that strong".........."You don't look like you could deadlift that much with those skinny legs"........"You're a lot stronger than you look"...................all I say is don't judge a book by it's cover. I train for performance, not for looks. Thanks for the compliment.

  • @PhilipDavisRKC,

Kettlebells seem to give people gorilla strength without packing on a lot of bulk. I've seen a lot of Kettlebell lifters who have a great build, but they just don't have the heavily muscled up look that you'd expect them to have when you see the tremendous strength that they display. I imagine that's good, especially as far as martial arts go, since you won't be slowed by bulk yet you'll have the strength to knock somebody the eff out with ease.

  • damn! thats impressive

  • Very very impressive! Great job mantaining grip and keeping good form.

  • always see that curtain rod gets hit by the bell, well almost :)

  • that is crazy

  • He's a monster!! This is an example of top level elite fitness (which I can only hope to achieve!). Keep up the good work, mate!

  • I watch this guy to show my son what a monster snatcher looks like....Beast !

  • the machine

  • Man! This is awesome! Congratulation. Keep on working with the RKC. Very good inspirational video.

  • totally awesome,snatching 32kg is hard enough for 10 reps but 202..wow!!..

  • how are you able to keep such a strong hold on the bell, my biggest weakness with the 24 is not able to keep on holding to it when i snatch, i guess a large amount of swings and one armed swings + snatches will get me there one day.....?

  • Grip endurance work. Get Eagle Claws from Ironmind and just hold a couple of Beasts with your fingers for time. Also, Captains of Crush, oven mitt swings and grabbing a light bell from the bottom (handle on the floor) with only your fingertips for reps. That should do the trick.

  • raw

  • those shorts are huge and damn your core is solid!

  • Watching this is getting me pumped up for my workout. I don't have a kettlebell (I'm Russian too wtf) but this gets me in the right head game. No pain!

  • incredible feat

  • I thought that guy was calling this a "rinky-dink" workout, and comparing it to an ab rocker! If that's so, obviously he has no idea about kettlebells, nor the amazing level of physical strength and edurance a feat like this requires:-) Awesome work Philip!

  • you are a true monster. how long do you train ?

  • Now, if you're saying dumbbells and benches are more fun, that's a fine opinion. And I respectfully disagree. :)

  • I don't get these rinky-dink work outs (bow-flex, ab rocker, P90 etc., etc. Call me "OLD SCHOOL" but I'd rather hit the bench, and dumbells. 00----00

  • Wait...I can't tell where you're at on kettlebells...Are you telling us that hitting dumbbells and benches is a better way to get in better physical condition, or increase your maxes? Because I would LOVE to see and "old school gym guy", 180 pounds or otherwise, do what this guy just did...That was 32 kgs...That's 70.5 lbs...That's a crap ton of weight...Try doing a one armed press with that, the next time you're in the gym...

  • @EbaySellerUsa

    But Kettlebell ARE oldscholl.

    Used in Russia since XVIII

    Just try it

  • ur confused if you think "hitting the bench" is old school.

now dont get me wrong dumbells are great tools and are fun to use, however a kettlebell will get you the best all-around workout out of practically any program.

  • Nice Job!

Regards, Kovács Lacee RKC from Hungary

  • BEAST. Keep at it bro & thanks for the tips!

  • Cool Breeze!!!!

  • Beast! That was great, love the proof at the end to stop people bitching at you :0)

  • whats your training routine/workouts like

  • It depends on what day of the week you ask me. I change it up a lot but stay focused on certain long term goals. Same but different works.

  • Bro you are a mutant!! This is one of my lifetime goals!!

  • Amazing! You are truly inspirational!

  • Nice work man, I'm in Comp soon good training tip there for me to do today nice one!!

  • those shorts are ENORMOUS !! great work , only until you actually snatch a 32 can you appriciate how solid this is !!

  • this is crazy doing such high reps, I can't imagine doing this many with a 70 lb dumbell.

  • That is just sick dude! I did the new RKC test the other night, posted a vid, and that near wore me down! My grip and my forearms were laughing at me! 94 swings without setting down. This though... inspiring. I think I'll try SSST at the end of the summer, with the 24kg though.

  • Why?

  • Why not? Maybe I should play with pink dumbbells instead?

  • Fantastic show of strength and technique, I hope to get that good one day !

  • Just out of interest how do you take care of your hands and stop calluses forming and rubbing off? That's the problem I'm having at the moment when getting into high reps (tho with a little 24kg, nothing as epic as your vid)

    Got to say it again:

    Fantastic!

  • Technique is crucial. I also file down my hands with sandpaper/nailfile and use Cornhuskers Lotion

  • Fantastic!

  • wow! how did you train to be able to do this?

  • Years of consistent training. It didn't happen overnight.

  • You are awesome mate over 200 with a 32kg KB thats hard core

  • That was freaking awesome. Good motivation as I crawl my way up with the 32 kg.

  • That has to be one of gutsiest things I have ever seen. Unfreakin' real .. yuddaman Phil!!

  • BAAAADD ASSSS!!! Kudos!

  • Fucking sweet. Youre my new hero. Thats one of my goals :) zzzzzzzzzzz

  • It wasn't easy bro. Actually, it was one of the hardest training programs I've ever put myself through. It's been a LONG time goal of mine and I finally decided to give it all I got and see whether or not I could get it. I'm glad I did but I'm glad it's over too. I'll never do that again. Thanks man.

  • Nice work! Way to push it to the limit!
