Modern drum and bass should not be called drum and bass. It is a fucking INSULT. They don't even use the amen break, what are they trying to achieve?! Without the amen its not drum and bass. Thats what gives you the darkness! They have made drum and bass even faster, but took all the complexity out of the beat and all tracks today have the same shit beat that sounds like it came from a drum machine, which is what all this jungle from the 1992/1993 era managed to avoid - by using the amen!

North American producres are producing an updated jungle sound for years. But most of the stupid DnB Kiddies dont valorize this. And i can tell you: The Newer Jungle stuff is MUCH BETTER Than current Drum And Bass,Not only in the equipment but in the style too,that evolved,having more BPM Than DnB And much better produced breaks. The Soulful "Intelligent Jungle stuff is there too. at the same time DnB iS Doing shit,plagued by the Dubstep and Jump Up Sound,that are killng the genre.
