@sic7one He has always used really simple guitar chords and his songs, LIKE THIS ONE, are still about the teenage romantic stuff. In my opinion he still has a lot of growth to do as a musician to make more serious songs. The songs about peace and harmony are a great step in that direction. The reason he doesn't sing all that little kid teenage stuff is because he grew up. If you didn't grow with him and don't understand the songs, then go listen to Bieber or something.

He has a great voice and lyrical skills to match, BUT his style has completely changed and in my opinion his old stuff was significantly better. The Yippee is always going to be his best album.

@sic7one I respect your opinion. I also think I see where you're coming from. See I'm a fan of almost anything that isn't mainstream in the injured music industry today. His old songs, which I used to love, are very mainstream pop-ish catchy love songs. I moved on from that and found the real soul of music. I feel like Christofer is finding or has found that too and he now makes music that is different. Personally, I love the new stuff. I'm grown out of the old stuff just like he did.
