If you don't know what he's clicking on you may need to take a step back and learn the basics of Vegas Pro before you decide to do a simple text animation. Just a suggestion.

where is the effect that basicly makes the text come to me, like fading in, moving towards me, than fade out.

(i know how to fade it in and out but moving towards me doesnt work when i animate it, use 2 keyframes and only change the text size, it wont change)
