well my true crime nyc game still looks brand new and i had for a while too but its like everything i put in there it tells me to make sure its a xbox game or any kind of disc or it tells me that its dirty and the damn game is markless. >:(

is it worth buying...well, if u can stand all the numerous glitches and goofy storyline, then it's a pretty fun game. i suggest renting it first to see if it suits you.
