As far as I know it's a non-binding resolution, just as it has been for the last 4 years (they have been trying to get this resolution passed since 1999 or so, without success). But, if anything, religion deserves MORE critique. Furthermore, even if it was a binding resolution, it is in conflict with the constitutions of most member states. I can't see how it would work... or how they think it could ever succeed...
