Apparently "Lasha Tumbai" is a Mongolian phrase for "whipped cream".It was later proven, though, that there are no such words in Mongolian.

There have been allegations that the words were chosen due to their phonetic resemblance to "Russia Goodbye", a reference to the 2004-2005 Orange Revolution in Ukraine. Russian ("tantsevat' khorosho").

The song is Sung in German, English, Ukranian and maybe Mongolian...

Never the less a great Eurovision song :)

Eurovison used to be about a fun, bouncy, tune that could unite all Europe.

Today it couldn't be further from the original concept with politics and Border/Map lines now deciding the results rather than the music.

Eurovison has lost it's integrity and now stands on a poltical ground rather than on music and entertainment.

It is very very sad and unfortunately it looks like the vision of Eurovison has been blinded!!
