If you want an easy way to get all of the cops @ 0:21, you can get one guys gun after you kill him and shoot the other two. That's what I did and it worked.

after you just initially don't hit the space bar..instead hit A or whatever button you use to strafe in the direction of the wall while running...like you are strafing against the wall..works great. jump at the end of the run.
