u bitch . I am Windows 7 User and i found that we edit sys.cpl to change the text "Ultimate to basic"

and about u theme we disable the aero effects

Yeah you download, Win Flip for the cd flip affect, Vista Visual task tips for the thumnais, and you just edit your registry for aero.
