  • Very beautiful garden!!! Enjoy seeing what others grow in faraway lands. Appears to be very similar to what we grow around here.

  • It was nice to observe in this video that the traffic has quietened down since they built the motorway to bypass the A-road by your house. In previous videos the noise of the lorries rushing by was noticeable. Now the birdsong is predominant.

Where is Artur (Amelia's brother)? In this video he is like the dog who did not bark in the night.

  • @BalkanSkiChalet Yes, the village has been transformed - now wake up to birdsong and cannot here the traffic on the new dual carriageway as the sound barriers are extremely effective. Artur is not as garden-keen as Amelia - she is the more greenfingered one whereas he prefers his lego...

  • It's great that you speak to Amelia in English. Here in Bulgaria Lara (4) is rather contrary, she converses with me in Bulgarian even though I always speak to her in English (which she understands). She converses with her Moldovian mother in Bulgarian and with her Moldovian grandparents in Russian.

  • It was supposed to be a private video so it's not very good. Probably the next one will be a bit better ;-) Magda

  • It's wonderful to see some more videos. Thank you very much.

  • your daughter cute ^^ , your garden and hens very beautiful.

    update more video plz =)

  • Hi, we live between Warsaw and Krakow. Yes, the veg has been amazing this year. We used quite a bit of compost on the brocolli and cabbages and I dug in the chicken manure after a clean of the hen house just before planting and these made a big difference. Hens are a mixture - rhode islands, Polish Greenlegs, a breed called 'black' - all laying well. Our camera was broken but now fixed so more vids to come!

  • Georgina smells like carrots? LOL That's so cute! I hope that's a compliment to Georgina though. :)

ps: Your broccoli is beautiful! Congrats!

  • Your garden is looking great. I don't think I have ever seen broccoli that large and you should be able to make a lot of sauerkraut this year, with those huge cabbage. What a sweet little helper you have. My hens are just a little over seven weeks old so I have a while to wait for egg. Your hens look very healthily, nice big birds too, what breed are they? Glad to see you posting videos again, I've missed them. Do you live close to Warsaw?
