Agreed with lolanimations down there, it would be mind-blowing to hear Dancing Mad on a large pipe organ, such as this. At the very least, the chord progression in the middle of the last movement would be good. But the entire thing would be godly to hear!

Do you know why there are no recordings of the organ at Disney Hall and why there are so few events there featuring it?

@Jamil501 There has been a recording done at Disney Hall but it hasnt been released yet. I'm told by the summer...but there is a book about the organ that came with a CD with music exerpts on it.

Samuel is great. He's giving a recital this Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 7 p.m. Suggested donation of $10. If you go to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels website you can see the flyer as well as purchase his 2 CDs at their gift shop. He generously autographed the first one for me after a mini-recital that takes place there every Wednesday at 12:45 pm. These recitals feature organists from both the local area and elsewhere.
