this would not work could be jammed by nwo storm troopers or emp discharge i would test this to see if it meets mil-spec would be a great prop if you want to be a man or woman judge from JUDGE DREDD the movie i think i will use this as a prop for my JUDGE DREDD uniform and as for california if you want a firearm options are join the military or some other entity and you can have all the firearms all you want
@luciferthegerman666 each?! what about a small chip inside the gun that sends finger print information to a local gun command post (like a gun retailers website for example), gets the finger print authorized and unlocks when need be? (must be connected wirelessly; single use wifi signal.......might also get hacked.... :( create high level encryptions. Wifi must be cheap, to keep cost down; since everyone, depending on costs, may or may not be able to purchase......if they REALLY need it lol...)
California is the worst state to live in if you are a gun enthusiast...it just sucks. We can't have assault rifles, no silencers, and now we won't even be able to have regular guns. Honest people who have never committed a crime have a constitutional right to bear arms...it seems that liberals are infringing on that right more and more every day.
More liberal "feel good" legislation that doesn't do anything other than infringe the 2nd Amendment and make it easier for criminals to do their job.
Even if this technology is finally made, I think the cost of a gun is going to skyrocket so that the average citizen couldn't even afford one of these high tech guns. The best defense from accidents is gun locks, safes, and education. Stupid people shouldn't hinder the other 98% of us gunowners that go every day without accidents years on end.
1. It will not be very reliable in all environments, I don't care what they say. Electronics are affected by magnets, moisture, dust, etc. Simply not a good choice for a device that will be worn on a person and used defensively.
2. It prevents firearms being used while wearing gloves, which presents an obvious problem to people who prefer to wear gloves while shooting for sport, and for people (like me) who carry defensively during the winter.
