It depends on the person and their confidence level. I have had a couple confident beginners come try him, (with their trainers) and they both did very well on him. He is still pretty green at jumping but he is very willing and honest over fences, And I don't cosider him to be too strong at all.
what type of riderwould he be suitable with? such as an intermediate or higher with a trainer? he is such a beautiful horse but is he strong when you are jumping him?

He beautiful, I couldnt part with him if he were mine. I couldnt see how his Percheron half would limit him.

Yes , he is great on trails. Goes through water, over bridges, not spooky, rides alone or in a group.

how far in dressage do you think he could go? does the percheron in his breeding affect his upper level ability?
