@36psi I had that issue at high boost on my 2.3lt 5sfte :) A oil catch can fixed it. Apparently its oil going through the intercooler that produces white smoke. I know because I have had a headgasket go (POS Wiseco MLS gasket) and its usually a sweet smell you get out the tail pipe and its usually all the time.
@36psi probably a leaky turbo... probably too much oil pressure from the feedline... seems pretty common people not running the right restrictors or a big enough return line... that or leaky seals
I love the MR2. But I can't see it putting 800bhp anywhere near the actual road.. would it be fair to say this car is a bit of a dyno queen? I mean, I just cant see it being any faster than a 500bhp MR2, its just going to put up the extra 300 in smoking wheelspin right??
agreed, i don't like that much smoke at the end, and @htmboy1989 that is because it is a smaller engine trying to spin a BIG turbo lol, it takes alot of rpms to get that bad boy at full boost
to go through top gear that quickly with a full load is rediculous, hence its apparent 800 hp. a lot of cars wont make it to their top speed in high gear

lol thats pretty sick same motor my brother has but he doesn't have much of anything done to his but exhaust rims an thats it, im going to be getting one soon but not sure what motor an way i should go
no way. the mr2s are like 2300 pounds starting out the mods he did probably barely made it heavier which is still WAY better than stis and most other cars with weights of like 3300 pounds
damn is that thing realy only a 4 banger. i have that car in the non turbo 2.2l and my engines way smaller. (and i still have my trunk. haha thats sick

It actually put the power down quite well with a drag radial and slick. All the weight is over the rear tire. I would drop the clutch at 9K rpm.

it looks like the dump tube comes out the side, im 100% sure thats just exhaust gases coming out the dump tube.
