It's probably the slowest car of the bunch, but for Renault Megane RS250 to be considered as being part of the PCOTY and in a group of cars such as these, it just shows how good the Megane really is. An epic tribute to the best hot hatch.

Well done Renault for making such a beautiful car. NOW BRING THE RS265 TO AUS!

The GT2 RS is the FASTEST but i think the word BEST is for the people who buy this car to judge. I personally would take the Merc because of the 6.3 V8 that makes that muscle car rumble. Its only louder.

Megane rs the best of that bunch,u can talk what you want but you only can buy the Megane rs,none here can buy a ferrari a lambo or a sls,the megane rs is a sportscar who all can buy it,and if its compared to supercars who normal car enthusiasts cant buy,the megane gets the win.

I agree because the mp4 is a wicked piece of engineering that's really fast, however I personally really do like the gt2 rs as a wild beast which is full of fun.

LP570-4 is childishly cool, SLS is grown up style that hides an inner beast, 458 italia is beautiful and balanced, GT2 RS is a real drivers car, Elise is a featherweight with a mean hook, Megane RS is a fun all rounder, M3 GTS just exudes "understated menace" and the Impreza Cosworth is a dissapointment.

the GT2 RS is by far the best in the hands of a good driver. The others are tech inovations and I think they used that in terms of rating the cars. Ease of use and creature features mind you.

What a weird set of cars for a comparison test. You have the Lambo, AMG, Ferrari and Porsche. Then stuff like the Elise, M3 GTS and the Subaru. And a Renault our of nowhere? Such a weird cross section of 'performance' cars to compare. At least they could have separated them by cost maybe. How can the Renault compare against a Lambo or Ferrari? And yeah, no L-FA? V12 Vantage? R8 V10?!

@obhatti vettes can go around corners well the zr1 s cornering and brakeing abillitys are its biggest strengths the zr1 did 7.26.4 around the nurburgring thats quicker than a porsche carrera gt wich doess 7.28 and a koenigssegg ccx has a 7.33.6 and the ferrari 458 italia has a time of 7.32.9 and the porsche gt3 rs has a time of 7.33

i have a very strong hunch that the Porsche GT2 RS is the best. it certainly is the fastest, that and they didn't mention anything about it in this video which would make the viewer suspect it isn't the choice, but I think it is.

Interestingly enough folks, evo had both the GT2 RS and the GT3 RS in their COTY and they ranked the GT3 RS first w/ the 458 second, and the gt2 somewhere behind that.
