Giggity! Sick set up man, you will definately be one of VERY few with this combo! Are those two throttle bodies up top? Or are those them rare predator carbs? What kind of oil should you run on an engine with a blower?

What brand & weight would you recomend? I have a 6-71 blower that came with my muscle car, but I was never told what oil I should use. Thanks!

@sentiumprogram Same oil you did before in your engine. The blower uses 75W-90 non synthetic for the gear drive.

im having problems keeping my blower belt from "rolling" off of the belt pulley.

Do you have any tips for installing the blower belt on straight?

Am I not tightening it or installing it straight?

Make sure your idler pulley has raised lips to keep it on the idler. That's all that keeps the belt from sliding off the top or bottom.

Those are throttle bodies. At the time the video was taken, I had a pair of LS1 MAF's in the air cleaner. Now the car is running SD with a BigStuff3 and is much better.

Kar Kraft now makes the adaptor manifold to install a 671 on a 2003 cobra lower plus you can inner cool it.

even the DOHC 4.6 and 5.4 are a BITCH to fit into panthers. brake booster has to be moved and a/c deleted. Marauders are nice because they have already been relocated factory. Coolest thing I've seen done with these is a twin turbo 3 valve v10 out of an excursion.

The AC can be kept by making a new plenum box and smaller condenser; as well as the brake booster kept; but its tight. I moved my booster just to be on the safe side; when i was in the process of putting in manual pedals for my v10 swap. It was so close...but it would have fit.

Yeah.. That's why I'm going for a stroked 460 rather than a 5.4 modular engine. A 460 is physically narrower than a SOHC 4.6, and I could technically keep the AC box if I wanted to. I don't think I will though. The only thing I plan on running off of the new engine is an alternator, unless I decide that I need power steering in that tank :P

Might get it up to the 100hp range. Might be able to start keeping up with the hondas and yotas but still need a lot of work to keep up with the fords.
