Does this work with the ipodvideo (30g)? "Problems with XP"? like what problems? I may try anyway, since the IPL site is down, and I have no alternative

Yes i test this software on my 5g video 30gb ipod

In xp when you start it it makes an error

If you use in xp just press continue or ok if you see an error

In vista shows no errors or ignores them

start > cmd

or open command prompt

type format M:\ /FS:FAT32 /Q

That last letter is

/Q = /q

my computer and itunes doesnt read my ipod even wen its on disk mode wat can i do!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah this happen to me a couple of times

Maybe your hard drive is corrupted and you will need to reformat your ipod

That is how i made my computer see it
