  • He said in an interview that the first time he touched a barbell, at 18, he pulled 600. Just mindblowing. Kind of strikes me as a dick though

  • LMAO. At about 0:48 I thought he was going to do one rep, I was SO wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • watching this makes me hungry - now where's that tuna sandwich?

  • he makes it look lite

  • The Fucking man.

  • Andy Bolton doesn't eat sushi because it's raw.

  • now do a pullup

  • how much weight is that at 1:15 ?

  • I believe it is 700 or it's in that neighborhood.

  • @JimmyD0YLE Believe it to be 700 lbs even, and blew up with it as if he was going to jump through the ceiling.

  • is he saying "1003" in the song lyrics?

  • your all fags ill put you in any suit in the worid and you wont pull 500 or sqaut it or bench it

  • probably the largest human being i have ever seen

  • You can have all the world records you want but you ain't ever getting any pussy looking like you have a pair of twins in your stomach.

  • @afterthefact15 some of us may have higher goals than 'getting pussy'

  • @david2589jones mmmm, i don't think so man. I bet thats why he started working out in the first place.

  • @afterthefact15 haha u fuickin bell end

  • song?

  • Idiots who think everyone is DL>SQ>Bench...

Everyone is different you fucking tool, and they are better at some lifts than others.

  • Andy Bolton does/did steriods. :(

Steriods are horrid. Just check the article I INTELLIGENTLY wrote on my channel to see the dangers steriods and such really cause.

  • Raw is the way to go but I think as far as equipment assisted lifting goes, the Deadlift is the lift that you get the least amount of help out of a suit. Squat and bench you get a lot more, but to put up huge numbers you have to be strong raw. Equipment does boost numbers but if you don't have the strength you aren't going to put big numbers up.

  • 1003 lbs!!!

    Man that is insane.

Big respect Andy, (hope your supporting Leeds), but if not, I won't be one to argue.

  • a magical 1003 lbs!!!

  • i wonder how many toilets he's broken

  • @sleestack808

    LOL !!

  • holy fucking shit

  • Piece of cakkke.

  • where can I buy this DVD?

  • @jabeaudry

Via Andy himself on facebook (He was doing them for 5 pounds inc. P&P at one point) or via his website.

  • I'm no expert, but why is this guy and his friends so fat? especially around the belly..

  • @Az260790UK well one reason might be because they have to eat a lot of carbohydrates to get stronger, and carbohydrates make your belly fat. Just like people that drink a lot of beer.

  • @Az260790UK huge abs from deadlifs (builds the core of your body to a huge size) not to mention the 6000+calories hes eating a day. all ads up to create a huge gut, if he was to loose all his body fat his abs would still be huge and stick out from been so big.

  • FUKIN BEAST!

  • oh damn

  • cat is str8 beast, im still working gettin over 600 on deads, but this dude shit cans my lifts :D , get there one day tho, & been wantin 2 meet him for a while

  • he moves that weight so fucking quick! he is a beast!

  • I've trained at this gym, Genesis, the owner is a top bloke he's the other big guy spotting Bolton on the squats.

  • We recently opened a gym in Essex & Andy gave us some copies of this to sell for charity. Best training dvd ever, watching him is mega inspiring plus Brians knowledge is second to none

  • man that one big guy id hate to get in his way

  • Name of the song ? :)

  • I've seen mark felix do the box lift at 460kg's also... for 3

  • Mark Felix's back strength is LEGENDARY! Glad you made mention of him. His deadlifts are the best.

  • British power !

  • unbelivebale

  • I would hate to shake his hand lol his grip strength is insane

    Andy rulez!!!!!!

  • Read my german post, and suck my dick!!!!!

    Andy rulez!!!!!!

  • 585 or 600 like it was nothing i wonder how hard he could slam a 300 lb man if this man had fedors fight smarts and alot of cardio nobody could touch bull power ANDY BOLTON is the man

  • What's the song? fucking great ..

  • @tomossprinter Limp Bizkit Remix

  • It's a cover of "Gimme the Mic" done by Limp Bizkit origninally, but I don't know who this is.

  • @tomossprinter sounds like remix version of Limp Bizkit's "Gimme the Mic"

  • It's some type of weird remix for "Gimme the Mic" by Limp Bizkit.

  • song?

  • Is that Genesis gym he's training at? Big Dave Beattie helping out? Brings back memories for me training there every Sat and Sun morning and experiencing one of Dave's "Special" leg workouts which nearly killed me.

Nice one Dave good to see things going well there.....

  • So, what's the difference between the steroid consumption between untested powerlifters and oly lifters? Oly lifters have to watch their cycles and drugs so they can test clean (I assume) while Andy Bolton never does... someone enlighten me...

  • Crazy power amazing speed this athlete is incredible.

  • Go on my son.. Proper squats.. Not these American half squats love it

  • i was responding to sarcol

  • i'm well aware of that

  • at 0:28 oh my goodness!

  • mylesman99 ur a prik so if he has a bell hes no bodybuilder and he has the strongest deadlift how much can u lift u prik

  • and ? whats your point.

  • No point just felt like speaking.

  • what song???

  • he is the man. motivation and inspiration come from this video clip. i have ordered his training dvd

  • hes so ripped...

  • Wow. I hope you're being sarcastic.

  • yes i am lol

  • Hahaha i thought u were but i couldn't tell.

  • Sounds like a stupid Yorkshire twat

  • whats that about? he's a hero man. and if you had any idea what your talking about you'd give him immediate respect.

  • guys a monster

  • I dont get how the fuck squat record is higher than deadlift..

    I found deadlift MUCH easier..

And Back should be stronger than legs..

  • The only problem in deadlift is grip strength, in the other hand grip strenght is not a problem at squat.

  • ? legs are half your body? back is less?

  • Yeah well, but on squats you go DOWN AND UP, as in bench press.

    Deadlift just goes up.

I guess the explanation is on the grip, to start and stay deadlifting heavy u need fucking strong hands and forearms.

  • Thats because there is more gear, liftingsuits etc for the squat available than for the deadlift. You can store elastic energy in your muscles in the squat but not in the deadlift. Thats why the deadlift is the purest test of strenght. Because you start of with the weight "dead".

  • good explain, thank ya

sounds good, I love deadlift, 105353 times over freaking squats

  • because of squat suits. The squat and bench are naturally weaker than the deadlift, you were right.

  • bet you'd be shocked to know that the bench press record is higher than the deadlift

  • yep but thats just fucking bullshit..

its all cause of the fucking equipment

a regular working guy does; Deadlift > Squat > Bench Press

And deadlift is usually 1.5 - 2x heavier than press...

  • yeah thanks for all that necessary information. you sound really smart and are probably huge. can you train me?

  • I could.. but you are a bit too old for me to handle..

107 sounds like a lot of years to me old man, but I guess we can always try so we can beat up Sally easier stronger faster.

  • you realize bolton does over 900 raw no equip right?

  • 900 press or dL?

  • @sarcol Andy can do like 950 raw which is a WR

  • @sarcol Riiiight. Let's see you put on a suit and beat him then.

  • @sarcol Ha.. Ha.. Seriously? ... I think that you should go down to his gym and say that to his face. I am sure that he would gladly prove you wrong good sir.

    Just speaking my opinion.

  • @farva422663 It's not about who has biggest balls, or who yells louder in here, just making some sense.

Any constant worker at the gym knows that at weight speking it always goes like:

Deadlift > Squat > Bench Press

Professional bodybuilders are just genetic gifted constant workers, who follow a strict diet and do more supplements than just amateur.

And even if "roids", (like synthol), may unbalance the body, making one side remarkably bigger, nothing but equipment explains this huge switch.

  • @sarcol synthol isn't a steroid, what are you talking about.

  • @simpllyhuge LMAO synthol ain't a roid?

It's not even an oral roid, but injected

  • @sarcol learn your shit before making such statements.roids are synthetic hormones.synthol is a cosmetic oil injection

  • @sarcol Yup, that's right. I only lift raw and that's the order of strength my lifts are.

  • @DOEBOY546 That's every regular's person raw lifts order. And it's pretty logical too.

  • @sarcol You don't understand the sport. Geared powerlifting is all about conditioning.

You couldn't even take the weight these guys are working out with off the rack, and if you would suceed, the weight would literary shut down your enitre nervous system and you would get crushed to death.

I am not a liker of geared powerlifting I do love RAW lifting, but you have to respect what these guys are doing.

Their bones and nervous system level they are at is just unbelieveable.

  • @MrArgutaris I'm pretty sure you didn't get my comment.

I love this sport, and that's just a personal taste, so no point argueing "formally" about something as subjective as likes/dislikes.

All I said is, and it's an objective fact, that equipment produce in lifters a change in weight order.

    Non-equipped lifter: DL > Squat > Bench

Equipped: Squat > Bench > DL

I guess no need to clarify all this in "regular" lifters, no new guys or exceptional cases.

  • @sarcol Well Ok...

But I am an non-equipped lifter, I have never used any gear in my life, and my lift order is SQ > DL > B

So maybe what you mean is just a majority. :P

  • @sarcol all this shit equiptment should be forbidden

  • @oomxD Without equipment, powerlifters can't earn a living, they sponser and organise meets/events pay for competitors travel and food expenses and judges. Dont hat gear, it helps keep powerlifting popular and generates money not to mention see some crazy lifts, even if andy didnt have eqipment hed still have Raw deadlift record.

  • @THEGATHERING20 Well not quite today my friend. Benedikt Magnusson just DLed 1015lbs completely raw today 8-)

  • @HXCpr0n Nice comment mate, hope you enjoy his UN-official record.Impressive lift yes but not official sanctioned meet.

  • @THEGATHERING20 It's still a world record. I'd say that makes it more official than doing at a meet.

  • @sarcol raw andy's lifts would be in that order, but he's still the strongest man on the planet.

  • @herc410 Benedikt Magnusson = worlds best deadlifter.

  • @brasilcork not when i posted that he wasn't. but benni is the man alright.

  • @herc410 Both are great. Boltons age is against him now but he will forever be the first man to pull over 1,000 lbs.

  • @brasilcork bolton said in a recent interview he thinks he has a good 10 years left in him for the deadlift

  • @JimmyD0YLE He's about 41 now. That could be true. Magnusson is about 28. I think Magnusson has the time advantage. Andy Bolton has tried 460kg at a few meets. He got it off the floor but couldn't complete it. Someday, someone will deadlift 500kg raw. Maybe that person is out there quietly improving right now.

  • @brasilcork what I wanna see in my lifetime is the first man to deadlift1000lbs raw in the 242 weight class. now that would be something else.

  • @JimmyD0YLE It would be a great achievement. All these guys are sort of superhuman to lift so much.

  • @sarcol What the hell do you want from the guy? He just pulled like over 960 Raw. The stronger you get the closer your Squat and Deadlift will be. This is why you see plenty of skinny guys who can pull 315 but look like a scared dying cat when they break their back squatting 200. Then even with raw lifters when you see guys 242 and over squatting 750 and pulling 800. Gear helps a lot but doesn't make it any easier to win. It's like nascar v.s. formula 1. All cars are faster in formula 1.

  • @sarcol Dead lifting suits hardly add anything maybe 10-20 lbs so andy is still a beast! Bench shirts and squat suits add more .

  • @kelleeeykeene2 My point.

  • Technically yes, but the bench press RoM is so short, the highest tire deadlift is higher then the bench in comparative RoM

  • true

  • Bolton is the strongest powerlifter on earth right now...

  • Ok what was the third world record exercise he said at 0:11. Squat, Deadlift, and ?

  • total.

  • and TOTAL

  • 'Total' The combination of the Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift.

  • Yeh I realize that I just couldn't understand the word "total" because of the british accent.

  • magnússon ftw - but Bolton is quite strong too lol

  • Bolton holds the world record in the deadlift, So Magnusson is quite strong but Bolton is stronger!

  • Boltons best deadlift without straps is 1008lbs, And it's the official world record deadlift. You can look up the video on youtube! The 930 Bolton did was the Official RAW World Record!

  • OK, I stand corrected. That 1008 lift is sick! No straps FTW!

  • yes but there still is a limit.

beyond that limit we have to start enhancing our bodies with chemicals, i mean something more than steroids, changing our dna.

there IS a limit of what the human of today is capable of.

  • I think gene doping is the future of performance enhancing. Sure, there are limits to what we can do with our bodies right now, but just look at the Belgian Blue cow :). A metric ton of weight at a low body fat without steroids. That's going to be us. Or rather, our children :).

  • I totally agree. Good stuff.

  • I'm pretty sure the song is a custom song used just for this. Listen at the beginning it says Andrew Bolton...then says history in the making after he says History in the making. The song is awesome but I can't find it anywhere, it's probably called Welcome to the pain where ever it is.

  • name of the song plssssss

  • Bolton is the worlds strongest powerlifter

  • masterpiece,1500 in november

  • thats why they have raw to for the real men, but this guys a world's strongest man and he legit

  • i just love all of the negative people htat say dumb shit like... yeah he can pick up all that weight but he cant carry sandbags and fuckin logs... he just broke strongman records, im sure that he can carry a fuckin redwood across a football field.

  • Strong bloke. Gotta tip the ol' hat to a guy who sets records in the deadlift. It's less likely the huge numbers are a result of support gear, as can be the case with bench specialists. I mean, everyone and his brother is a bench specialist, and the records continue to get broken with alarming regularity and gigantic leaps in pounds lifted. Gee, I wonder why this is. Makes the sport (powerlifting) a joke to most other athletes with a clue as to what's happening in our neck of the woods.

  • there is a limit to how strong the human body can get. to be honest, there comes a point when 'strength' gain can only be made with more and more advanced gear.

  • I disagree. But I understand, acutely, your comment, yes.

  • mmhhh... think of this, if someone do powelifting and have childrens and thouse childrens do powrlifting as well, the sons of the sons will have more strength than his parents...

every year records get broken, i think that is because of the strength passed from generation to generation and in each generetion it is increased by some amount and passed to the next...

    idk...

  • ipf is parallel idiot...

  • are you retarded

  • hi, this guy is impressive, but why i did the squat in this cage and don't in a squat rack ( with pines)? if he loose is strenght it 's a very dangereous

  • Ive read about him, he gets up at about 3ocklock to eat 2 family sized slabs of chocolate.

  • lol

  • I wonder how much fucking calories he eats.

  • 4 small babies everyday. lol. i wouldnt want to know probably twice as many as pudzianowski if you ever read his diet

  • Once I talked with Gerd Bonk (Silver medalist in the super-heavyweight in weightlifting) and he said that you need at least 5 years to learn the right weightlifting technique.

  • Comment removed

  • Weightlifting and Powerlifting are 2 totaly different sports. When you do weightlifting you need a lot more technique than in powerlifting. Weightlifters got more power in their shoulders than Powerlifters. But Powerlifters need more strength in their Back and Legs (Although weightlifters are also extremly strong when it comes to legs).

  • nice gut

  • this video is very informative but pretty short. I would like to have seen a little more of andy, for instance him eating or him talking a little bit more.

  • everry day u have 2 trein hard 2 b best

  • He should go to the IPF.

Strict regulations and rules. Would be interesting how much he could do there!

  • hahaa, andy bolton looks like a massive version of pancho (from dirty sanchez) :D awsome vid!

  • andy is the worlds strongest man with the biggest total end of

  • what's the song in the background???????
