This dance is called Pujllay from Southern Bolivia near Sucre the constitutional capital of Bolivia. The story goes, the Yamparaes indians fought the spaniards in colonial times to whom they defeated at the battle of La Tablada. After the battle, the indians removed the hearts of the spaniards, it was a bloody battle.
