@vivey623 Multi-vitamins are needed for your daily health. If you take these pills, continue to take your multi-vitamin. If you're female, I'd suggest Woman's Plus with Iron. Your hair need protein and many women don't know if theyre lacking iron (anemic) and because of that, their hair doesnt grow as fast and it breaks off easily.

I actually dont...but I have started back using the vits as of 12-28-09 and I am gonna do a pic comparison on 3-28-09 (or somewhere around then) to show the progress of my hair on the vits

You go gurl...your hair is always on point... I'm doing the same with wigs to allow my hair to grow out to the length that I'd like it to be while I'm taking the hairfinity vitamins. I'm still on my first bottle, but after the first week, I noticed my roots were significantly thicker than usual. You're the reason I got them, and I have no regrets! Thank you so much!

Many women wear weaves, wigs, etc. to protect their natural hair. During the very cold and windy months in Chicago my hair get too dry, so I wear full weaves during the winter. A properly installed weave can protect the hair and keep you warm in the winter :-) I am going to try the vitamins this winter. Thanks.

thanks for the info..im gonna try their infinity hair products because i take vitamins daily for my skin,hair, and nails ..but it dont do so much for my hair but makes it shed alot..but it keeps my nails white and healthy lookin and my skin flawless...chanda your short hair is cute on you but you look pretty rockin longer hair ...thanks for sharing..

the same thing happened to me. I got a 3 month supply and I would take them religiously but after a while I just kept forgetting to take them. I also didn't take care of my hair, I just pretty much used the vitamins and never did the protein treatments, etc. But I do also recommend the vitamins =)
