  • In Rom.2, Paul is clear that the DOERS of the Law will be justified. Paul also endorses being instructed out of the Law in verse Rom.2:18. Scripture teaches that Paul was Torah observant. Our eternal salvation is based upon faith in Messiah & repentance from our old ways, & we need to observe the fundamentals of the Law to the best of our ability. His blood atones for sins committed in ignorance, & sins that are repented of. But his blood does not apply to unrepented sins committed w/ knowledge.

  • And also I hope you do not take personally anything I've said here. I appreciate your comments and believe that you are my brother in Christ, and I think we just see these scriptures differently. I guess eternity will tell. God bless you and your family.

  • True Christians those who have been born again and have not believed in vain with a non-saving spurious faith (1 Cor 15:2) will indeed be disciplined, but will not be lost. And by the way I have listened to this man for many years, and nowhere has he condoned sinning without impunity. If you can cite something to the contrary I would be glad to listen.

  • this is a true man of god

  • IT'S NOT HOW WE START IT'S HOW WE FINISH It's not how we start it's how we finish That lets others know how much we care. We make our mistakes and pray to God For all His blessings beyond compare. All Heaven's heroes except for Jesus Had to be forgiven for their willingness to stray. They let God down and paid the price And their stories still relate today. By Tom Zart Most Published Poet On The Web!
  • I love God over all, and thank him for brothers like Dr Stanley that knows how to explain to us Christian the doctrine and we actually understand and make us stop and pay attention to the words of wisdom of our Lord Jesus..

  • Love Charles Stanley

  • one of my favorite preachers in the world! and i have seen (heard) a whole lot

  • peace be with you all.

  • YOU AINT GOT NO PANCAKE MIX!!!

  • @restless1999 Well sure I believe in him. And that he's coming back. I told him I want to live in his will. It's just difficult to control my minor lust habits. The part that's hard to believe is the guarantee of getting to heaven in spite of that. You almost made it sound like I'm an exemption to the requirement of repentence.

  • @restless1999 Wish I could believe that. Sounds almost too good to be true. How can I be a hundred percent sure I'll get to heaven?

  • @restless1999 Because repentence of sin is one of the requirements for salvation, that's why I worry that God might frown on judgement day. Even though I always ask him for forgiveness.

  • If you have a crisis and you give it to God, don't be supprised that the Lord may build your faith by it taking some time but he will come through 100% of the time. (much experience)

  • Thanks Bro. Charles

  • What would the world like without hope and faith in my selfish way I wish I was as god loving as this man. May he have long life so we can hear and learn the good message. God bless all.

  • I hear ya! Charles stanley does know God, I have no doubt about that.

  • charles stanley can preach on any subject and explain it in a way a child could understand.

  • dont believe everything you read!!

this person was probably doing more than cross dressing to cause a stir. i have had experience in street ministry wher these type of people are not happy unless they draw attention to themselves

  • your comment is as tasteless as your name.

  • @AnitaCock Okay you actually believe you were kicked out because of your dread locks and your crossdressing had nothing to do with it? Something is wrong with you. There were innocent children there.

  • Amen!! This sermon i really needed to hear. God knows all. God is so good.

God can do all things, a prayer life is so important, God is willing, but WE have to be willing to give it to God

  • I love this man. Nothing sweeter to a child of Gods ears than the preaching of sound doctrine!

  • Charles stanley is one of the best preachers ive ever heard. Ive been listening to him since I was a child.

  • Some people may feel the way you have expressed that how come things like slavery, genocide etc are ok with the Lord. They are not. Those nasty negative evil deeds are never ok with the Lord. People do those things. On the judgement day, all those people who cause harm to others will be held accountable and punished. The Lord is all Just and all Good. Just like in a country some people are criminal and commit crimes, that does not mean the President of the country wants people to be criminals.

  • God always, always saves anyone and everyone who seeks shelter of Him. In the case of the lady you mention whose head got crushed, she is also saved if she had taken shelter of the Lord. Saving doesn't mean only saving of the mortal body, saving means saving the Soul that lives in the body. However, God can save the mortal body as well if He wishes to. All bodies born out of dirt have to return to the dirt, but spirit who has taken shelter of the Lord, ascends to the Kingdom of God. Amen!

  • well i'm not really surprised that your saying that god didn't chose to save her mortal body because after all, it makes sense considering this is the same god who's morally okay with human sacrifice, slavery, sexism and genocide

  • Simple questions.

    Who is God to you?

What does the Bible say about who God is?(FORGET EVERYONE ELSE FOR RIGHT NOW)

This is all about you and God right now.

  • If you commit minor sins during the last month of your life, what's God gonna say on judgement day?

  • There really is no minor sin to God brother, all sin is equal filth to Him, and every single person its a sinner, but thanks to the sacrifice of His only Son, those who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and only those who live their life for Him and only Him are forgiven of their sins no matter how major they appear to be, because remember nothing ever has any limit to Him who is unlimited...God bless and thank you for taking the time to watch listen to this great sermon.

  • I admit I have a minor lust habit. If I do that for the rest of my life would that be considered "dying in one's sin"? Would God be dissatisfied on judgement day? Though I usually ask God for forgiveness of that habit, I assume he wants me to make an effort to stop. Right?

  • Everyone pray for me on that one. LoL.

  • What do you want?

Remember you always have a choice.

  • "remember nothing ever has any limit to Him who is unlimited"

If thats true, than answer me this:

Can he create an object he cant lift?

  • yes, God can do anything. God can first create an object that he can not lift and then he will lift it ! !

  • @l2duis in the king james version, it says confess your faults one to another, not your sins.

  • bravo.

  • @jityr2 The Bible explains that you can literally be saved the minute you die if you accept Jesus Christ into your heart, even if you were a murderer or anything. That's how much God loves every one of us, no matter how much we sinned and which sins we've committed and how long we've been a sinner, he will wash us and give you a hand if you need it.

  • @tyIerz06 I do accept him. I just worry that if I commit my lust habits during the last month of my life if that would be considered "dying in one's sin". Would God be dissatisfied on judgement day?

  • @jityr2 If you know its a sin and you're worried that means you wish to please God. The Holy Spirit is still in your heart. Nobody can stop sinning even to the last day of their lives and God knows that which is why he sent his son Jesus to die on the cross so that we can all be saved. So if you truly accept what God gifted you you're saved. Whatever you do don't give up though on repenting because probably the majority of Christians have problems with lust and God understands everything.

  • @tyIerz06 Even though God understands that controlling this habit isn't easy, you still make it sound a little bit too easy to be true as far as getting to heaven goes.

  • @jityr2 Ok to give you the truth I commit lust every day, but I try to put all my faith into God. Didn't want to put that out there but I did.

  • @tyIerz06 I try to put all my faith in God too. Now you're making it sound like you commit lust at least as often as I do. So if you're guaranteed to get to heaven, then so should I be. Right? Otherwise if there's no guarantee, then I worry about the possibility of us burning in the lake of fire. Even though God doesn't want us to worry. Unless we're a hundred percent sure of getting to heaven, I think it's impossible not to worry.

  • @jityr2 Yes if you know that lust is a sin and you're ashamed of it, you will go to Heaven. The only way you wouldn't be able to go to Heaven is if you don't think it's a sin and don't care how much you do it or anything. The thing is nobody knows who will make it to Heaven, only God does, which is why you have to put all your faith and love into him and ask for forgiveness every time you catch yourself sinning and pray so that you can repent from it, in Jesus Christ's name.

  • @jityr2 I realize that this response isn't timely, but I want you to contemplate one point. The thief on the cross, in the last few moments of a sin-filled life asked Christ to remember him when He came into His kingdom. The mercy of God saved this sinner within moments of His death due to a small measure of faith in Christ. Jesus said "today, you will be with Me in Paradise!"

  • @Eire48 You make it sound like getting to heaven is easy. But we wouldn't want a false sense of security. If getting there isn't guaranteed, then worrying is inevitable. Even though God doesn't want us to worry.

  • yes, prayer is power!it is our access to GOD anytime, anyplace we can call HIM.thank you so much for having this ministry.May GOD will continue add HIS blessings and more souls will be lifted up

  • thanks as i need to be saved. amen

  • thank you for your posting, and HI 5 on your testimony about our beloved savior and soon to be bridegroom
