  • I watched a couple of your videos and though of subscribing, but then i thought the intro is just waaaay too long :( Maybe next time, if the intro is much shorter :P

  • why does she wear that collar? :)

  • very clever cat

  • You can't have a normal cat, can you?

  • Does Magic eat normal food that you would give to normal cats? Or does he need a special kind of food?

  • do you guys sell savanah cats ?

  • He seems to be bigger than a normal cat. Nice to hear that he's well trained as well so that he doesn't bite or scratch anyone

  • Magic doesn't want to get up.. Check out that tail action!

  • Cat videos again...........noooooo!

  • that cat is BIG 0_o

  • lol the cat is like "little girl I'm not moving ....what the ...don't pick me up. I'll just walk right back how do you like that"

  • look at his fucking smile XD man hes having the time of his life

  • if magic could read she would claw your fingers off just for implying shes aggressive, XP

  • if this kitty suddenly will run fast, little girl will "run" right behind %))

  • Nice pussy.

  • hahahahaha poor cat hehehehe very funny

  • Haha 1:39 - 1:41 tail beats to the music ^_^

  • Aw the cat's tail hits the ground right on the beat :)

  • The cat might have been acting territorial over the girl. Magic allows the girl to carry her like that, because the girl is property of magic lolololol. Though, this is baseless speculation (and it would be cute)

  • Nice! I want such a cat too! Love big cats!

  • Such a beautiful cat.

  • 0:50 HALP D:

  • That's prettty freakin' sweet, My old tabby cat (RIP) would be trying to claw my ribs if I held it like that.

  • do they generally train well to the harness and leash? or is it a cat by cat thing,,,some do,,some don't? Magic is just gorgeous btw.....what a handsome fellow!!

  • I really suggest people do some research into the tempraments of Savannah's before claiming she's being cruel to it. Savannah's wag their tail when they're excited and/or happy. It's a domesticated animal so don't call it wild, if it was wild it would never let the girl pick it up. And if she was in fact hurting it in any way, the cat would scratch her and run away! JUST AS ANY OTHER CAT WOULD! Jeez people... -_-

  • Funny how people act like they know what they are talking about, clearly they don't due to the fact they don't even know the cat or owner..

  • Rich people..

  • that girl is an idiot! She is torturing that cat...

  • @vajagicjovana ehh... no she isn't...

  • @MimiChan37

    I'm not blind..

  • @vajagicjovana Just ignorant then? Do you really think that cat wouldn't run away if she was torturing it? It's a big cat, I'm sure it can take care of itself, and there's plenty of space for it to run but it happily lies next to the girl

  • @MimiChan37

I was thinking on way she holds her. That is torturing..The rest of video I didn't comment...chill out..

  • @vajagicjovana She's holding her fine. If the cat was being hurt she'd struggle free and run

  • Ach Gott, das ist ja so süß! Warum beisst die Katze diese affektierte kleine Göhre nicht einfach?

  • that was 2 damn cute ones again lol

  • That tail is always swooshing. Seems like this breed is a bit restless than most. Beautiful cat...

  • So cute, trust me guys, my best friend has a girl savannah and we would be able to tell if it was pissed

  • That was the cutest thing I've ever seen! HAHAHA Magic was almost as tall as Leonie when she carried it!

  • BAHAHAHA are you kidding guys, if this cat was mad and or uncomfortable in any way. Trust me that cat could easily get away from her.......

  • does this family live in a castle?

  • EPIC CUTENESS

  • OMG, everyone who knows cats, is able to see how pissed off this cat is. Leashes are for dogs, not cats. My oppinion. And the cat´s one too...

  • IS SHE UR CAT OR FOR SALE?????

  • do they jump? if so how high can they? please reply asap

  • f1 means that may be wild?

also wich is the name of the song at 0:46 ?

  • hm.. not bad, the girl takes good care of the cat by cautiously dealing with the leash.

  • i've seen little girls handle animals like that, animals i've seen handled like that arent bothered they either enjoy it or are indifferent, but some can get annoyed ofc

  • i'd rather kick the cat than give it to a child :P

  • Omg I've never had a cat growing up or ever bc my mom and bro r allergic, and I'm more of a dog than a cat person bc most cats r so mean and u can't pet them or play but this dog is beast dude! I'd totally get one or like a half bob cat or something lol

  • @ripcurlgrl14 well the cats are not "mean" they like to be free, also they have their own personality. so they will let you to pumper them, but after a while they will bite as an advice that is enough.

  • for savannah cat, shaking tails means excited or curious. it usually have bit of different behavior to normal cat..it doesn't mean its annoyed!!! why did so many people comment that?

  • i saw a lot of clips here about dogs and cats, and people use to praise dogs and hate cats. can anyone tell me how many people got scratched by cats and how many bited by dogs? and which one is dangerous? a cat's scratch or a dog's bite? i have a lot of cats in past 20 yrs, persian and siamese.. they are really adorable and socialised animals . especially with kis you cant imagine how tolerant they are.. they never hurt a kid whatever he oe she do..

  • what a good cat not to try to scratch or bite her no matter what :) praise magic extra for me ;) ♥

  • Do Savanna cats pant more than regular cats?

  • @citronellore Good question. But no. Magic had done quite a lot of exercise and it was hot. That it is.

  • little girl : come with me cuttie

Cat : slow down sweet heart .. you should ask me for a milk first !?

  • daugher

  • LOL that cat is huge compared to the girl :P was suprised she carried it so far

  • @StealClan poor ppl...

  • I think the cat likes the boy more!!

  • That cat is too big for the little girl. Way too adorable XD

  • the cat is F1 meaning 50-50 domesticated. if it was really pissed off it would bite and claw at the girl.

it is stressed since it does not enjoy getting picked up but if it sits down like that and allows a human to get so close to its face without going away/clawing it means that it regards the human as nonhostile and is actually used to it.shaking the tail like that means that its mildly annoyied at best.so yeah people you overreact a bit too much

  • @vagyrgr Magic is highly socialised and relaxed around people and particularly people like Leonie who she grew up with. Magic would not scratch or bite unless really provoked. And that is down to us not the cat.

  • @vagyrgr

couldnt agree more ... this cat is a little annoyed at worst ...

its nowhere near "pist" enough to actually react (and if it did im guessing his first move would just be trying to get away from her ... )

  • @vagyrgr I have oriential short hair that wags her tail like that when she is happy, so I agree.

  • Hybrid's are the coolest!!! Magic is amazing!!

  • I do have to agree here, that the cat looks mildly agitated. When a cat lashes its tail back and forth like that, thats exactly what it means. Now, does that mean the cat is going to lash out? No, not all the time. Some cats have a higher threshhold for tolerance. Magic simply looks confused and slightly agitated. Being picked up may not be his favorite thing. But Magic looks like an incredibly sweet kitty, and this is rather cute. So calm down, it's just a video.

  • This is how parents spoil their children.

  • Where does Magic lives?? I want a autograph (:

  • @kopa1997mheetu Magic lives in California, USA. Google "Savannah Cat Shoppe".

  • @broadsurf Awesome!! My aunt lives there (; Hmm... I think I'm gonna search for it - Thank You (:

  • @Datoberry I think you are wrong. Magic and Leonie got along great. Magic is highly socialised to human contact and is not stressed.

  • @broadsurf did you removed the claws from the cat?

  • @broadsurf Do you have anyone like this savannah cat for sale?

  • @Datoberry yeh and she doesn't even try to lash out to the girl.

She is just an amazing cat, if my kids do this to my ordinairy cats they certainly will lash out!

This cat is so incredible you just can see how much she loves those kids she is almost like a nanny!

She has this expression on her face like, it's alright, she does this because she loves me.

And the cat lets her because she loves the girl too!

    Absolutly AMAZING!!

  • @Datoberry um the cat looks quite happy actually?

  • @Datoberry ABUSING THE CAT!!!! HA HA HA....lol. Believe me this savannah is fine. This is a very tough breed of cat, and they can handle a 5 year old just fine. This is supervised and she is not hurting him in any way. The cat is mildly irritated at best. I think the people who breed these are trying to show you the temperment of savannahs around children, but all you see is abuse? LOL. This breed does not get stressed out like that, and if the cat wanted to get away, believe me it could

  • @Datoberry Since it's /their/ cat, I think they know what they're doing. Why don't you go whine about animal abuse on a video that's actually animal abuse and leave the good stuff to the people who at least have a semi brain in their head. Thanks~!

  • Dang the cat's bigger than the girl! Wonder if she weighs as much as Leonie? BTW I saw a vid of Magic jumping into the top bunk of a bunk bed. The top! From a sitting start! And she easily cleared the rail, too!

  • @TNJimSK Magic is enormously athletic. She has long limbs and quick acting muscles to produce that astonishing jump. The serval, the wildcat parent, has the longest limbs to body size of any wildcat.

  • that cat was like wtffffffffffff

  • Eeeeeh she's learning i guess, she seems to smother it a little bit too much, a little to small to carry him too. Can see his getting pissed off. Very nice temperment however to put up with it ^^

  • jiöhvblyvögvhj<suüc<nvnoivhnbb

  • that little girl carrying the huge cat might be the cutest thing i have ever seen

  • hhahah nice

  • why doesnt that girl stop man handling that cat so much, its not love its annoying! that cats tail is wagging like mad, very good natured cat but it doesnt like it!

  • LOL! he is such a gentleman that Magic ;)

  • @BlinkinFirefly She is very accepting and laid back.

  • @broadsurf lol SHE is haha, sorry Magic I thought you were a boy! My bad! =P anyway you're lovely

  • And about the respect of the animal??

  • I would like to get one but my freakin cat allergies are bad. Is there a way to be immune to it?

  • @Airsoftroughe101 You know it is said that the Savannah cat is hypoallergenic. The Allerca cat, the Ashera GD is a Savannah cat and Allerca cats are claimed to be hypoallergenic. All that said, this is not supported by science so why not meet up with a Savannah cat and see what happens!

  • The cat obviously is irritated by the little girl..... very irresponsible...

  • @FullFledged2010 No, sorry, you are incorrect. Magic got on great with Leonie and is very accepting of being handled due to being well socialised when a newborn.

  • @broadsurf When a cat swipes his tail like that he is agitated, maybe just a little but still cats usually don't like sudden movements.

All I'm saying is don't blame the cat when the girl gets scratched or anything.

  • @FullFledged2010 When a cat swishes the tail it does not necessarily mean that the cat is agitated. It might mean that the cat is undecided (displacement activity). The meaning of tail movements in cats is still work in progress as well.

  • @broadsurf Not to mention the differences in behavioral signals in cats mixed with larger breeds. Such as the constant hissing of a Serval. In typical household cats you would believe they are quite angry with you when they hiss but a Serval often uses hissing as casual conversation. If Magic was decidedly irritated she would not have allowed such a small girl to carry on with picking her up and walking around with her.

  • @CChelleMarie Well said.

  • @FullFledged2010 One of my cats is a Bengal and she hisses and growls as part of normal conversation. People are always afraid of her. If that cat was agitated with that girl the girl would be bleeding. Not hanging limply over her shoulder. Stop your trolling.

  • @sashazeitlich i just find it strange for a cat to behave like a puppy that's all. A cat shouldn't be this passive.

I just hope they didn't try to "train" the cat to behave like a dog.

  • @FullFledged2010 what kind of comment is that?...no offence but some cats actually behave like dogs... they do... even if people think "cats are free spirits" they actually behave like you a lot... it depends on people who take care of them...they act differently...my cat for example is playing with a candy (closed) for about an hour now and she asks me to throw it as far as i can so that she can run after it...and this isn't at all a cat behavior...she is just special... and strange

  • @minkios88 Don't get me wrong i love cats but i've seen cats being blamed for scratching a child into the eye too often.

I just hope people realize that cats do have a free spirit and if some rough kid get scratched of bitten its ther own fault.

  • @FullFledged2010 i see and you're right... still i think people should be carefull with both dogs and cats... my dog palying almost got my sister eye when he was a puppy... fact is...even if we think cats can't hadle kids...they actually can... only thing is that they choose kids to be friend with and hate all the others, because hey jump and scream...lol some dogs are more patient...

  • little girl is mean ;)

poor kitteh doesn't want to be treated like a puppet! ;)

  • i love how blasé magic is!

  • I love how that little girl was carrying that huge cat :D

  • The cat in this video is called a Serval. It's not in any way a domestic cat. The way you can tell is that it has bands of white on the backs of it's ears. The coat pattern is also very distinctive as no two patterns are alike, but the ears are a dead give away. It may be a cross-breed.

  • @imago3d Sorry, you are a long way off the mark. The cat in the video is "Magic" and she is a Savannah cat. She is a first fillial and, yes, she is large, the largest domestic cat but she is a domestic cat and thoroughly well socialised as you can see in the video.

  • @broadsurf Savannahs are a cross between domestic cats and Servals. You are confusing "domestic cat" and "domesticated cat". The former means "housecats common to Europe and the US" whereas the latter can include any feline that has learned to adapt to living with humans.

  • @broadsurf

A cat that is 50% serval is hardly a "domestic cat," just as a 50% wolf is not considered a domestic dog.

  • @maximum411 I guess it depends on how you define domestic. When wildcats were first domesticated they were considered domesticated to a large extent despite being wildcats. Dogs went through the same process. It is irrelevant whether the animal is a wildcat or not. Domestication is taming and integrating the animal into human life.

  • @broadsurf

Not really- taming and domesticating are very different. Taming is simply keeping an animal as a pet, while domestication is the process of genetically changing an animal over many generations of selective breeding. An animal that is one generation removed from the wild is, according to the definition of the word, not domesticated. Also, I'm not sure that there's any evidence from when cats were domesticated 10,000 years ago that they were considered domestic at first.

  • @maximum411 No Taming is not simply "keeping" an animal as a pet. it is the process of taking an animal that is unconquerable or unbreakable and trying to break their wild spirit until they are domineered into being tamed and pliable making them more docile and able to follow commands. There is a myriad of ways of doing this whether be genetics or training.

  • @KoboshiBlackClaw

If you "tame" an animal with genetics through generations of selective breeding you are domesticating it. If you take an animal that is fundamentally wild in temperament and get it used to you through training, etc. then you are taming it.

  • @maximum411 No but what you said was "taming" in your first sentence is "simply" keeping an animal as a pet and the definition is not what you have described as taming but simply "owning" I have looked up taming and it's representation and it said "domestication can also be one of the ways of taming an animal. Taming in general is like I said is breaking or training the wild spirit out of an animal. If domestication is fore fronted into this to make an animal through genetic breeding--

  • @maximum411 Less wild and more docile towards humans then that itself is form of domestication, I'm not trying to sound like a butthole towards you I am only replying back to you what I've read in dictionaries and answers on sites like answers.com and looking at it as a whole and open mindedness that Genetic breeding (aka) domestication is a form of taming by breaking down the wildness that is in said animal through breeding.

  • @KoboshiBlackClaw sorry taming

  • @broadsurf

Your consistent use of the phrase "domestic cat" is a clear attempt to mislead people into believing that the cats you promote are not half-wild hybrids.

  • @maximum411 a serval may be a wild cat but they can act just as domasticated as any other energitic house cat and a savanna is considered 100% domasticate so saying it is dangerous in any way is stupied lol

  • haha what a lazy cat :D It must like that spot so much that it walks back to it when the girl carries it away from it hehehe :) Certainly very intelligent!

  • Don't know what all the talk about expensive cats they are...There was a pet store in Pottstown PA on King street that use to have them...Pottstown is not exactly a rich town by any stretch.

  • SO BIG

  • Girl: "We're GONNA take a walk, missy!"

Cat: "I'm glad you think so..."

    ;)

  • what a beauty, so it's a cross with a serval and a domestic cat, like an abyssinian or bengal? bc in some angles Magic kind reminds me of an aby (like the head).

  • With most domestic cats, when the tail is going like that it's a sign that they're angry and best left alone. But with this cat, it seems to be a sign that he's happy. Most confusing.

  • She is beautiful and majestic. You must be very proud of her.

  • @HououMinamino She is one of the most impressive domestic cats in the world. She is probably the most famous. She does not live with me unfortunately but at a cattery in California: Bella Gattini cattery. The video was filmed at Ponca City, OK.

  • @broadsurf she i sooooooooo cute . i mean little baby girl :)

  • блин......ему же жарко.........бедный котик

  • whats the difference between an A1 and an F1 savannah ?

  • @ 1:36 what does it mean when the tail is wagging that fast ? is he annoyed ?

  • @Mclovin569 yes, when a cat wags its tail back and forth, it means he's either annoyed or aggressive. if just the tip is wagging back and forth, it means he's irritated. that little girl is annoying the hell out of that cat. its not meant to be so man handled.

  • The savannahs get thier bigness becuase they are related to wild cats. They are also illegal in some states.

Stewie a maine coon was recorded the longest demestic cat in 2010

Also a Rag doll is a very large breed itself

  • I'm looking for a cat like that? How much??

  • @workfornuts Over $20,000 for a cat like Magic. She is exceptional, unique and very special. The world's biggest domestic cat.

  • @broadsurf That's about the same price as a Honda civic. I will buy one when I retire ;p. For now, just subcribe broaddsurf and watch youtube

  • @broadsurf that means I will never get a savannah :(

sad... any cat will be able to make me happy though... cats are just awesome ^_^

I would adore a savannah though... do they get cheaper if they are not f1?

  • @Kiliasja cheapest is f5

  • @workfornuts $500-$2000. They're a domestic breed of cat called Savannah cats. They're hybrid cats so please do your research before trying to adopt one.

  • you said Magic now lives in California, does she live with Andreas or did they separate? they were so well together :(

  • @silentnight42 Unfortunately they were separated. I agree they were so sweet together. Both were young.

  • cats wag their tail when angry right? magic looks like she's loving it !! some one explain please :')

  • @ShokwaveProductions A wagging tail does not necessarily mean a cat is angry. It might indicate uncertainty but cat body language is quite subtle, complex and not that well known if we are honest. Magic is not angry that is one thing that is certain.

  • @ShokwaveProductions they move the tail when they are excited :)

  • how can anyone dislike this video T.T? its the most cutest and the most beautiful animal i ever seen X_X

  • @VikeCatLover i disliked it because that little girl is abusing the cat. Hybrid cats, let alone any animal for that matter, isn't supposed to be so man handled; its not a toy. you can tell by how its facial features and the way it wags its tail that it's very irritated. the cat is probably so full of stress. i dont have anything against the cat, i just dont think its fair how its being treated. (i assume this is why others disliked it)

  • lol lazy cat. She seems to be well behaved, my cat would flip out and scratch my eyes out if I was that close to her face o_o

  • @SucksMy If your cat would scratch your face if you were close to her face it is because she is a little nervous of you. Create a more tranquil environment for her. Be very calm with her and reassure her at all times.

  • It's obvious this cat has been raised by humans.

  • Hahaha I bet the cat is as tall as her when he stands up on 2 feet

  • @randomsha5211 Yes, I agree. She has grown up a bit since this was filmed, however,

  • @broadsurf could you tell me the name of the song at the beginning of the video?

    gorgeous kitty :)

  • @imoan631 Hi sorry I forget but if you Google "Kevin MacLeod" you will find the website where the music is and you may find it..

  • I like how after she carries the cat all the way over there it just walks back to where it was before LOL

  • haha that cats like. "comon now."

    how did you get her?

  • @0oSTumpo0 I made the video with Kathrin Stucki who raised Magic with her husband. She now lives with the Drapers in California.

  • haha iloveit

  • Most house cats will tear 16 streaks (hands and feet) through you a foot long if you held them like that.

  • @georgeou I take your point but I hold my cats like that and never a problem. They like it. But it does depend on the cat and socialization. Magic is very accepting - well socialized.

  • @broadsurf Yeah, that's really impressive. I can generally hold cats belly up even if they're the kind of cat that scratch most people, but I support them in a comfortable way.

  • it is nice to see that people truely love there fellow hairy friends ; )

  • @roscoe454 thats not LOVE! by looking at its face and the way it holds its tail, its clear that that poor cat is irritated as HELL. that little girl may think she's doing a cat a favor by putting it on a leash and carrying it around like her doll, but that cat is only facing more and more stress. it doesnt deserve to be so man handled.

  • Lol Magic looked tired, hot, and thirsty cause her mouth was opened XD

  • looks like magic enjoy being picked up.. :D

  • @MsFesty UMMMM no. i hope your being sarcastic. if not, then evidently you know nothing about cats-- that cat is very irritated as it is being man handled.

  • duuuuude he/shes as big as the little girl is!!!

  • @MultiSporelover Hi, thanks for the comment. I might try but it is harder to arrange now. The videos you see where made from video shot by Kathrin Stucki in Oklahoma on or near the A1 Savannahs farm. Magic is now in California and I am in London, UK! See the problem. That said it is not impossible but unlikely. I'll see what I can do.

  • @broadsurf is magic still your pet if your that far away?

  • @conejitaazulita No, Magic was never my cat actually. She was raised by the Stucki's at A1 Savannahs farm/cattery and she now lives in California. I would have loved to live with Magic in a big house with fully enclosed acres of land around it but alas, not possible.

  • Hmm where can i get one of these.... "MOMMM!!!!!"

  • The tail of the cat says it all.... its annoyed, although I don't think it's annoyed because of the kid. We've had lots of cats and still have, it's clear to me the cat is not in the best of moods at that moment. A pity it can't walk off the leash outside.

  • She is as big as the cat or is that the other way around? :)

  • that
