They play in freakin Hollywood! They can get whatever player they want! They have advantages pretty much based on their location! Put them in an urban area and I guarantee that they wouldn't have as many benefits or ref bias!

i doubt that much of it is their location. you don't win 15 championships because you play in los angeles. if that were the case the dodgers and angels should be winning baseball championships every year.

You think if the Lakers were never in L.A. that they would have those 15 championships? I don't think so. Say they stayed in Minnesota, they would not get all the good players they have now. Take the Yankees for example. They buy their way to a World Series, which a lot of teams cannot do. Same thing with the Lakers.
