The singer is the UTAUloid, Kasane Teto (=Teto Kasane, for everyone in the Western Hemisphere)

The song is a parody of Hatsune Miku's (=Miku Hatsune) "Po pi po"

UTAU is not auto-tune, it's a voice synthesizer program

This video is slightly outdated compared to LadyTeelia's other work. Before critizing, go look at the more recent work.

@zocazoey I did this in three days, half a day (if even) for a sketch, then the second day I put some hours into the lineart, done as fast as that, the third day took to most time with the coloring, but I still managed to make the entire video in three days. :3
