  • @b00g131 wow animals need to feed stop fucking crying

  • hes big but the tank is small ,if u r in usa can u put him outsde in a pool .give him space man

  • you watched the dukes of hazzared right?

  • thats fucked up

  • seriously people, get the thing a bigger tank!!!

  • You dont need to be a fish expert to know this tank is too small!!

  • How did i already know coming into this video that you were going to be rednecks?

  • 0:22 hahahahahahahahahahaha

  • you guys are seriously sad fuckers if this is how you get your kicks. get a life! you're not fit to be pet owners.

  • @spambotful It isn't about getting kicks. This is one type of food this fish might catch in the wild occasionally, so he's feeding him one. I think the tank is clearly too small and that's far more of a concern than the mouse - which was bred to be food for something bigger, kinda like how cows are bred by humans. Do you go into restaurants and ask patrons if this is how they get their kicks?

  • you can feed them ur shit once in awhile too, thats just to provide them minerals and vitamine....... but you only can feed them about 10 grams everyweek. This in turn will show their true colour out in a very very short time and will brighten their colour by 300%!!! This method is not widely known as those campionship breeders dont want you to know the secret. I have a close friend thats works in Xian leng farm for many years and revealed this secret to me.

  • incorrect food for this fish, also tank is too damned small. You too poor to buy a larger one or won't it fit in your trailer...?

  • Ugly fucking fish... That poor mouse is 100 times better looking then that shit-fish. Why do U feed that thing with live mouse?! It makes U "cool" or what?!? Asshole...

  • @HannibalXLMS a you a weak dude you dont know nothing about this

  • @HannibalXLMS Agreed ,those retards I feel so sorry for the mouse

  • @AnsaNail Bet you wouldn't feel sorry if they were feeding it a roach...

  • @Ormykaion Actually... I dont. I hate roaches. Alot of roaches keep entering the house alot

  • @AnsaNail Clean up?

  • the other fish is like "WHAT THE FUCK."

  • Nice flower horn

  • what is the smallest arowana species?

  • What size tank do you recomend I buy if I want only one Silver Arowana?

  • 100 gallon minumun

  • @qwerty134098 More like 500-600 gallons minimum, that looks like a 125 it's in now and the fish can barely turn around.

  • mine eats mice to and wat tank size

  • our arowana ate mice too, it was cool to watch. i think though that yours need a larger tank. thanks for sharing :)

  • This guy does,nt know anything about fishkeeping, and like to see this dickhead swim in the ocean with sharks around and see how he feel.

  • Dont like this kinda shit dont look it up you fuckin pussy

  • lol looks like th mouse was struggling for a few seconds inside the fish's mouth.

  • Good Grief!!!!

That thing needs a much bigger tank then that for sure!!!

  • omg

  • The arrowana must have been rly hungry!Usually, they eat insects!

  • Only the asian arowana are illegal.

  • the other fish next to him is a parrot, red devil, or flowerhorn?

  • i think it is flower horn or texas cichlid

  • at my aquriam their 3x the siz

  • How bigs your tank and what kind of filtration do yuo have

  • lol

  • aren't those illegal to own?

  • the white ones arent

    yellow/green are illegal

  • its illegal to own arowana's?

  • yes

  • my local pet store has them 55$ each. tiny little guys at only an inch long

  • mine has tham for five dollars at the same size.

  • tank size and how big is ur arowana

  • Damn he is an OG he grew up the hard way in a tank way too small. I would give all those fish street cred homie

    (DUmbass)

  • seriously....tank size

  • isnt there a way u could buy dead mice and put it in instead of watching live one being eaten and drowning at the same time?

  • Exactly.

  • Awfully small tank for a fish this size...

  • i have the same fish (orange one) looks about the same size

  • do they have to get as big as people say and how big is urs

  • how big can arowana get

  • I've seen one in the Chicago Shed Aquarium that was huge. I might be a little off but I remember about at least 4-5 feet long. I hear in the wild they can get even bigger.

  • my fully grown silver arowana got eaten by my fully grown rtc so sad!!!! :'(

  • :'( same thing happend to me

  • 5 stars on this video from me :)

  • The arowana turns around like nothing, sees the mouse *snap* no more mouse.

  • yep so funky, what's the movie on background (sound), i don't remember exactly...

  • how about a bigger tank now!

  • Does look like he could use a little bigger tank eventually sooner then later. But he has room How big was he when you got him?. Check out my Jardini Also your aro looks healthy what else do you feed him?.

  • Sucker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ain't that a motherfucker

  • see that is wrong, but its not so bad, atleast it was quick

  • Except that the mouse probably drowned and suffered the entire time.

  • The mouse was swimming, not drowning.

  • hwo cares anyway, its a mouse, they are bred to die

  • Feeder mice are bred to be food. Pet mice are not. ;)

  • lol arrowana like that should have 900-1000 liters or more aquarium..

  • poor mouse

  • poor little mouse :'( never had a chance :'(

  • it was a feeder mouse

  • Arowana owner = lonely owner

  • is that a 55 gallon

  • that tank is way to small espeicialy for the arowana

  • i love it lol. the description says stuff like "o.g killer" and in the background i can hear dukes of hazard!!

  • u are one lucky bastard to own that fish

  • here in the philippines , silver arowanas with that size costs only 2,500 pesos or about $40..

small ones like 6 to 8 inches are like 10 to 15 dollars...

  • ive seen them fish for about £2000 it must of cost ya

  • in australia they sell for $45 mate... haha

  • lol where abouts in Australia do u get it for $45 ?

  • WOW UR THE BIGGEST BITCH EVER!!!!!!!!

  • get a bigger tank u asshole

  • how big is the tank????

  • that is soo sad u didnt have to feed it that live mouse! it didnt do anything to u soo why should u let it die? :(

  • @bluexjenn:

The mice are usually meant to be fed to predatory animals.

  • shut up.. im sure you eat steak

  • People feed live animals like this poor mouse generally based from a perverse sense of a desire to be cruel to another living thing. The fish did not REQUIRE that a live, very startled animal be feed to it live in an environment that is alien to it's natural environment. These are the kind of people that possibly torture other helpless animals AND also possibly grow up to torture and kill humans. PICK ON SOMEONE YOUR OWN SIZE BULLY!

  • you dont know much in the catagory

  • emo

  • I will respond. I am not against feeding mice or rats to other animals, I just condemn it when the feeder animal experiences STARK TERROR prior to being eaten.

It has been demonstrated that feeding quickly stunned or frozen rodents are, aside from being a much more humane practice, is safer for the animal eating it. Can't the live rodent do damage to the inside of the fish in its struggle to free itsself?

I do apologise for my previous post. It was written quicky, and not very tactfully.

  • where do you even get arowana

  • "relworp69" is right. The fish isn't full grown and the tank is to small.people tend to just worry with their joy of having a fish but not worry about the joy of the fish.I raised 3 black arowanas in a 900 gallon one died but the other two are about 26"..I still don't understand why people feed fish mice and I will never.

  • poor mouse..teehee

  • hey wud a bichir around 9 inches be compatible wid a 4 inches arowana??

  • would i be able to mix an arowana with two oscars?

  • I don't know why but I feel sorry for the mouse. XD

  • thae tank is pretty good seeing as the arrowana is one of the only fish in their

  • stop bitching about the size of the tank, if you want him to have a bigger tank buy him one

  • If he have a small tank, he don't have to breed a huge fish like an arowana. It's illogical and silly. But i think that he's not too smart. Like you tvanluyk.

  • You are a fucking asshole. Arowana is too big for your ridiculous tank. Big shit. I hope that one day, he will eat your dirty fingers

  • everybody whos bitching that that tank is too small stfu, quit actin like ass holes and above all quit actin like if its not ur way then its not the right way. fish dont need a whole lake to be happy. that arowana is fine. the biggest 1 i've ever seen in an aquarium was 18 inches if that and resided in a 55 gallon tank 4 over 10 years. theres just not enough food in an aquarium to make them get 3 feet.

  • yeah, how much bigger do people expect the tank to be? look how long it is already.

  • "Look how long it is"? What's that tank, like 4 ft? Silver arowanas grow to more than 4 ft in the wild and can easily exceed 3 ft in captivity. The absolute minimum tank size I would recommend for a large arowana would be in the range of 3 to 4 hundred gallons. These fish can potentially live for more than 20 yrs. This one probably won't reach half that. These are live animals. Take care of them.

Oh yeah, mice aren't good for them.

  • I mean how much bigger can the tank be....especially in a normal home.

  • Doesn't matter. Some people have 1000 gallon tanks in their living room. Point is, if u don't have the room or the money to house it, don't buy a fish that's going to grow that large. It's irresponsible.

  • Yeah, but I've seen many pet stores with fish like that Arowana in tanks the same size as the one in the video or even smaller.

Yo, I'm pretty sure I saw you comment on the video with the Arowana eating the duckling... >__>

  • Yeah, what's your point?

Look, I manage a fish store. Arowanas typically don't spend much time there before they're sold. The one we have in our display tank is about 18", in a 265 gal tank. I'm looking to find him a bigger home soon.

  • Oh, that's cool. How do you manage to get new tanks so often when your fish grow?

I can't believe that guy fed the Arowana a baby duck....cruel...that person is sick.

  • Don't have a bigger tank in the store, but customers of ours have tanks big enough for the aro. We'll probably sell it cheap just to find him a home. He's an awesome fish!

  • That tank is at least 6 feet, maybe 8

  • Not big enough!

  • Well, apparently, it is. It grew to its regular captive size, is obviously healthy, seems happy(however you gauge that in fish), and has no deformities like drop-eye. As long as the fish is healthy, i dont see what the problem is. I respect your opinion but it sounds to me like your telling other people they're wrong. If you want to be absolutely right, then 3 or 4 hundred gallon tanks arent big enough either. They deserve at least a pond.

  • While we're splitting hairs, they really deserve to be in a river in the Amazon, but there's no reason why they couldn't live a long, happy life in captivity. That tank's simply too small(u can judge the tank size by comparing it with the people feeding the fish) and that aro's nowhere near full grown, trust me! Look, I'm not some PETA nut, just an animal lover with an affinity for fish. Fish need room to grow, and u don't want to wait for signs of disease to move it to a bigger tank.

  • I know the fish looks healthy, and maybe is, but to me it's still not right. It stunts their growth.. and I agree, some fish are not meant for keeping.. unless you have a huge tank to place the fish in.

  • i hate liberal idiots. they complain about animals getting killed but they dont shit about it. if all ur gonna do is bitch about it on the internet, then just stfu and go smoke ur weed

  • they eat monkeys once fully grown!!

  • your tank sucks

  • u need a bigger tank

  • your a bunch dip shit losers!...and then those hillbilly accents...jesus christ!

  • lol thats on TV dummy! It's called "dukes of hazzard".

  • sigh... its a fish eating a mouse. whats with liberalism vs commies vs reps?

  • LOL your description is f'n hilarious. I got in trouble at work.

  • nice. everyone who thinks this is cruel should wake the fuck up .. sudan is cruel this is nature bitch ..

  • well dont complain this is nature like a tiger eating a zebra its hard to watch but its the past get over with it!!!!!

  • is it hard to grow an arowana?

  • no all u need is space and so..i have a 16" in a 125 gallon if it out grows it.i'm trading it..

  • LOL

  • way way to small of a tank i looked it up on google those things can get 6.5 feet long

  • Lol in the wild the largest it will get is 4 feet... do some REAL research noob.

  • but they get much larger in captivity =P

  • Shit gotta eat I suppose.Eh mice are nasty pests anyways.Nice fish it's fucking huge. . . guess it's because of it's diet.

  • ur cRAzy...........i hate your video

  • "well that slimy bastard!" 0:23

  • what a beautiful sight!

  • It was one bite, and a quick death. It's just like any human eating meat.

  • i had an arowana in a 220 gallon tank and i noticed it would naturally jump up out of the water. so i made a small screen platform at the top of the tank, dropped the water level and put fake and real vines on the platform. then i would put large insect, lizard etc on the vines. and the arowana would jumpout of the water and get the food from the platform. its was so cool and entertaining to my friends.

  • can i put an arowana with a 3 inch soft shell turtle

  • You should sell it to tom nook for 10,000 bells.

  • rofl animal crossing

  • That slimy Bastard LOL

  • Nice arrowana. By the way, what kind of fish is that in there with the arrowana?

  • A flower horn very aggresive, it eats anything smaller than it

  • "tigerpuffer" maby you should read a little bit about the arowana fish before you say something.

  • cant wait till my arowana eats mice!

  • Cool!

    I heard arrowanas are expensive...like $3,000.

  • In some countries, yes. Here in sweden you pay like 300$ US dollar for an arowana.

  • dude your name is......fagget666 lol

  • dude arowana sounds like marijuana

  • man! you have some hostile **** fish!

  • the mouse's teeth can do a number on that Arrow's thin throat. Be careful. That's one awesome fish!

  • Yah its nice to have a treat every once inna while :P but even live bait as minnows or other fish are good too.. My little Largemouth loves minnows and probably only feed it natural baited fish. And its cheaper from bait stores too ;) Keeps their killer instinct in tacked :P

  • First of all.... Arowanas are a Predator fish... so hense LIVE food.. would a lion be interesting in a dead deer or a live one that gives it the thrill to kill.. so stop the whole.. omg live bait.. secondly yah.. a little small tank but it doesnt have a prob turning .. not like anyone can smack down the money for a 250gal tank just like that. Beautiful Arowana might i add..

  • live food is ok. but there is a risk of injury with mice. good thing its a treat.

  • HUGE!!!

  • u shouldve killed te mouse

  • i want an arowana fish, but i will never feed it with mice!

  • then dont get one, that's like your mom saying i want a son but i want to feed it shit

  • the pet store i work in had a 4 foot arowana and he jumped out of the tank overnight and died

  • lol

  • They are knew to jump out of tanks...

  • they are known to do that cause one of mines died from jumpin out

  • i think one of these days your arowana will die of internal injury.. the mice also bites your fish from inside..poor fish. feed him frogs instead.

  • yep

  • really?

  • Erm, I'm from Singapore. I heard that America has feeder mice. I think people call it "pinky mice" or someting.

  • I keep 5 Large red belly Piranha (7-8 inches)and they have been fed on various things that are dead since they were babies.sad to see you dont have a clue about keeping fish of that calibre,Shit fuckin tank with fuck all space for that fish to live. How about someone cut your finger off and put it in there on a string while you are screaming in pain with your face pushed up against the glass. Then see how entertaining it is to watch a hard man scream like a pig

  • Wow that fish is so miserable being in that dixie cup tank. Some people simply should not be allowed to have any type of pet.

  • looks just fine to me. he can turn around with ease and the tank is about 2-3 times longer than him.
