Everyone. Someone called 'artuncs' is posting on every page where the name Ariane appears. (What did the competition pay him)? People are adult enough to make up their own mind about arianedesign dotcom productsd. Example: The C40 is the only one in the world with a working door system with a MIL SPEC panel and MIL galley (something the competition cannot add due to FPS and model limit issues. Ariane deserves a WELL DONE.

! thing ihave to say is that once your back wheels hit the ground and you armed your spoilers they are to automatically deploy once u hit the ground not when your nose gear....Im not talking bad about the video because its really awsome!

@737pilot7 Hi, the spoilers are triggered by pressure being applied to the back wheels of the 737-800 aircraft. If the pressure is not great enough - the spoilers will not deploy automatically, basically if the landing is smooth as hell they won't deploy by themself. It his then the pilots job to manually deploy them as soon as he has hands free.

How do you do to find some informations for the fmc like wight, take off weight, v1, v2? The PMDG gives us these informations but Ariane doesnt and o really prefer ariane cause is more real.

@flightatt Well you grab the G.W from the airplane > fuel options then you program it into the FMC. It'll calculate the v1 vr v2.

Ariane is not over priced & its deffantly not Garbage.. Its just like the real thing... Trust me I've sat in the real one numerous times.. There Panel is as good as it gets.. Its only the main part thats really expensive.. The livery isn't expensive at all.

Go enjoy PMDG but Ariane is not Garbage...

The diffrence Arian is actualy out, and avlible. PMDG Has been in a hanger for 5 years, with only a handfull of screen shots, and 3 planes before it (2 of witch are more complicated than a 737)

Take that into acount and Arian wins

Ariane is a nice a/c, but its just WAAAAYYY to overpriced. Not to say that PMDG is better, but the price saves it. I've gone to the iFly 737ng's and I've fallen in love. Same features as the Ariane model, but at a PMDG price.

@CaptainSazzman It depends on who you talk to. I like the Ariane because of it is a straight up virtual representation of a 737-8. However, its just too damned expensive! PMDG does an excellent job with their 737-8/9 aircraft for a fraction of what this costs. Not to mention that add-on liveries are free.

@RK1Hatty The problem I had with PMDG is with speed braking every time I descend. On a real aircraft that only happens as a result of miscalculation or unforeseen wind. Their FD is is so frustrating. Their FMC is some 14 pages shorter than Ariane's version. On paints, have you seen the quality that 'free' offers compared to the screen shots on Ariane's forum? I think you might like to take a look how the new airlines that are coming out are looking before you comment. With Respect.

@PhatFarm60 Another PMDG anit-post. With Ariane you get what you pay for. Ariane is like buying a Porsche instead. (or an Apple iPad instead of a Slate). If you pay less for a car you get a lot less. PMDG has got a poor flight model that people say 'amazing' but don't fly for real (I do fly like all my pilot friends & I binned PMDG). Ariane = quality. That is why Ariane sell to REAL pilots. No need to say anything else when you know where the .

I am one of many experienced pilots that respect Ariane's attention to detail and I don't like people jumping in making empty unfounded comments when they don't own the product. Its like saying you don't like Guiness when you've never tried it (and as thoughtless).

@UpperVIP I have many complains to ariane, first of all if you ever loose your order details like product number you never get your activation.I bought the 737 800 x2 two years ago and I want to reinstall it in my fix pc .They say they cannot ricognize my code. I payed 80 euros for a cd and I cannot use it!!! And by the way not everything in the cockpit is working properly, expecially important knobs ( may be it's because of windows vista, I have to try it in XP ) .

@ElektroBoyRoma Ariane's FMS is FULLY operating systems it covers. (I am told on their forum that FIX and other major advances are new and on a Tech Upgrade. Ariane tell us these are coming out in a new version (even X-Plane is moving to a new version. Its called moving on. Development. Same as anyone). TOGA is fully working for me, maybe check the manual. WILCO? (smiles) OK, now I am bowing out here because you really do not have any idea of what a real sim does if you use Wilco as an eg.

Regarding wilco, well..I always been satisfied of their prodcuts exept for the A320 PIC which had many problems. For the rest, I had 767 PIC, 737 PIC and ERJ 145 PIC. You see the renders on their support forum? Where are the in game shots? Vapour. PMDG are having major problems with their systems (means more bugs when they release), let alone that you will need a super pc costing over $2k to get it running at ACCEPTANLE FPS. Ariane is ready now and runs faster and better...

4=Blurring edges is a nice way of replicating a standard window seat, which presuming you know nothing about.
