@ DrFrank cont'd Eating has its place and the desire for food is not a problem, sleeping has its place and the desire for sleep is not a problem, sex has its place and the desire for sex is not a problem that needs a solution. Marriage is the appropriate, legal outlet for our sexual desires. Outside of marriage we have to exercise the same type of self-control that keeps us from overeating and oversleeping. Within marriage sex is a tremendous gift and blessing.

Your comment does not seem relevant. Number one there is no "solution" for sexual desire as sexual desire is not a problem to be solved. Sexual desire is no more a problem than our desire to eat or our desire to sleep. Eating too much is called gluttony (a lust for food). Sleeping too much is called slothfulness (a lust for rest). Engaging in any kind of sexual activity outside of marriage is called fornication (a lust for sex).
