  • Question: How tall are you. That 335 looks small on you.

  • Wow this is sooooooo gooood. Thanks for sharing. Any chance of you breaking it down for blues beginners...I am addicted to this tune?

  • Brilliant.

  • How would you describe the differences in tone between a LP & an es335? I'm weighing up both. I like the kind of tone when the amp just starts to break up into a growl. Nice guitars!

  • tasty licks

  • Make more videos plz

  • @MrFenderbender97

    I'll make hehehe

I'm planning to record using the ES-335 and the Vox AC-15

  • @BluesZep shit! please do!!! i cant make up my mind between the blues junior nos, and a vox ac15, whats your advice?

  • Very Freddie King if you ask me. Sounds great. You, like me have a few guitars. I own a Fender 91' strat plus, a 04' SG standard ( I dropped in p90's because that 498t 490r set sucked) LOL. And my go to baby is my 08 Les paul Traditional plus. Which is your favorite axe? And why did you buy different guitars? I did because I was tone searching for a long time and I don't want to part with any of them. LOL. My LP does it all. Rock on.

  • @LesterPaul01

Thanks! I currently own 5 guitars. '98 Les Paul Std, '09 ES-335, '10 Les Paul Special, '03 Telecaster AV52 and '99 Strat CIJ 57RI. Each guitar has its own tone. That's the reason I bought them. I love classic tones, and with this set I think I can get many of them. If I had to choose only one, would be the 335.

  • @BluesZep Ditto blues zep! They all have their own tone and character. I heard your Les paul. Man, it's a tough choice, but I know why you gave the 335 the edge. They are very versitile. I love the blues, blues rock and classic rock. The acoustical clean of a 335 is sweet. and with overdrive they snarl. The clean of a LP is close. Have you ever played a 339? They rock as well. I guess my LP would win the race for me. Rock on .

  • @BluesZep as usual sounds great what pickups do you have in your ES335

  • @JimiharpboyBuoy They are Gibson 57 Classics

  • Did you record your own backing track, or did you download it from somewhere? If you downloaded it, could you point me in the right direction, please? Sounds great, I have listened to you jam in the past on an Epiphone Sheraton II, and loved the sounds you were getting from that, now I gotta go buy an ES-335?? LOL!! Good excuse as any!

  • @jmj5150 maybe you can show us better ;) i think this guy is a good player, and you comment just shows that you don't understand a damn thing.

  • @tadasrudnickas1986 If i showed you I would have to charge you. I'm not saying he's not a good player he has no soul to play the blues. Who bends over you or him?

  • @jmj5150 Well, everyone has a right to have an opinion i guess.

  • i can see a can of stella......this mans ratings have just gone up...

  • sick guitar

  • what model of es335 is that?

  • @TheLesPaul101

    It's a 2009 ES-335 Dot

  • @bmpfranco21

  • mate that was sweeeeet!!!

  • Great playin and awesome fat tone. Im thinking of getting a blues junior and am wondering, how are the clean tones on it?

  • @MrFenderbender97 incredible

  • man thats nice, your not overdistorting it or anything. you make it sound like a pure vintage vibe amp! great stuff!

  • Ok this is funk ... its blues - funk to be precise !!

  • man you really know your way around the neck!

  • Nice m8 check out mine it has the same backing track i think

  • very goood!!!

    awesome 335!!!

  • Awesome playing, but...where is the funk? Only the drum is a little bit funky!

  • @09porcy

    Good question

  • @09porcy that's what i was thinking indeed

  • great....

  • Tasty tone and touch.

  • I hear more of a Freddie King influence.

  • Goooood more of this to the ppl, less of mainstream pop.

  • Sounds like a little Albert King influence, here....nice prasing and resolve.

  • @jgrimsley2000

Thanks a lot! I'm a big fan of Albert King's style.

  • GREAT PLAYIN!! i envy you sir!!

  • it looks like an overweight SG. my brother has one, pretty cool :D

  • Blues, a335, a blues jr, and a bottle of Jack nearby. Does it get any better!

  • sweet

  • How much did cost that guitar?

  • Please advise. I enjoy playing my Guitar at home and was wanting to buy something that can help my solo playing with some back up . Like drums, horns etc. I have seen 1 man bands out at dinner places before and they really sound good with the backup music. It looks like they are using a lap top computer or something. Can you help me make my music sound more like a band. Retired and love playing my Gibson 335. Thanks

  • @ln2play you can buy, or make for that matter, guitar jam tracks. Just look online for some blues jam tracks there are a ton out there.

  • @ln2play you can youtube backing tracks, thats what i do lol
