is it possible to still "get the look" using bands... most people say that resistance bands aren't enough to get the big developed chest... back... legs.
@drummingtrumpeteer69 They are right. Band will get you in shape but for the advanced bodybuilder they are useless. Scooby thinks the same. O and Gorilla bands are better construction.
I just ordered these off the bodylastics website...I live in Ontario, Canada. Anyone know how long it takes to receive an order?!? I did it today! Thanks
i read a few times that those cables do not have a long life. can anyone who has been using them for a longer time comment on this? is it true that they decay or tear?
@BamBamBentley I'm not entirely sure...I've just got my set last week. From all the reviews I've read they seem very durable. Go check out Amazon and the reviews posted. Also these are guaranteed for life- $5 or $6 replacements which is an awesome deal. Hope this helps.
@BamBamBentley Ok Ive had mine for 3 years now and I use them 3 times a week for 30-45 min,I haven't had to replace ONE. They are the best quality Bands in the world, the company is very customer oriented, They have not shown any signs of wear and tear. Do your body a favor and buy them
Hey guys I got a couple new vid's up and would love for you all to SUB and rate them. Also check out my bodylastics audition tape! Peace & Love! -Billy Covert
these are simple but effective. you can do any kind of training. you can add more resistance. you can do probably do at least 10+ execercises for each muscle group. this is the complete gym. you can also use the bands for other exact sports training. like running and jumping movements.
£13 p&p in the UK is a lot, and I live in London so its near their london distributor. Its been 3 working days, come on if I pay £13 for p&p i expect next day delivery and a tracking system that actually works.
i have had mine for about 6-7 months now and i love them! i have had many problems with my back and shoulders and unlike free weights these are actually great for building muscle and strengthening your tendons and ligaments without hurting yourself! but make sure not to stretch them out more than dubble the length of the band "unstretched", or else they might break. if you dont stretch them to far they wont break, i can promise you that :)
I totally agree sandvikenbarn...I just got back from my holiday trip this year and packing them up was so easy...i really love these things. And I haven't broken one yet..lol
I orderd the strong man one (with up to 248 pounds of resistance i think it has.) yesterday. I am kind of skeptical but it only cost 104 so i said why not. I wanna get in shape in 3 months (the best shape i ever had in my life) so i will try this.
1uhot4 that's great..just remember the bodylastic resistance bands are only one part of what you have to do...Cardio and Diet also play a huge part in getting in the best shape of your life.
big time workout with these bands. It has made me stronger and I've put on some serious muscle. I've even broke acouple pullng them so hard. Worth the money

they r the BEST for martial arts and boxing training
they build more explosiveness because when u do ur repetitions fast, there is CONSTANT tension, u cant swing and create momentum
also great if u have injury, very little stress on joints
