@TheEvolver311 They state that in one of the episodes. At the very end, this guy he was talking to says "You're not naked, and you're not an archaeologist." Then he says "SO WHAT AM I DOING?!" This was a joke, but it's true. Anyone who has seen this show at least once can tell that, though. It's just a title, it doesn't make him a fraud.

@MalachiCo0 i've seen every episode, and it is not presented as a joke for the entirity. the presentation of the show is very much matter of fact style approach. Jacobovici presents his very personal bias as tho it is the consensus opinion with in the field of archaeology, he never really points out that.
