Ronnie James Dio, Ian Gillan, David Coverdale, Robert Plant, Glenn Hughes, Steve Perry, Lou Gramm, David Byron, John Lawton, Bruce Dickenson, Paul Diano, Rob Halford, Paul Rodgers, John Oliva, Blackie Lawless, Dave Meniketti, are the Best Rock Vocalists ever, and will still forever.
@bobbigboss111 How could you forget Dan McCafferty, Michael Kiske, Geoff Tate, Matt Barlow, Roger Daltrey, Roger Hodgson, Rick Davies, Brad Delp...ETC... I am really glad that you included Blackie Lawless; my second favorite vocalist of all time. But to forget Dan McCafferty of all of them is the worst disgrace I have ever seen to human kind.
@hermygagala If i didn't mentioned them, that doesn't mean i 'm denying them, but if i wanna name how many good singers there is or there were in Rock history, the list would be too long, but i only remember and took who's on the top of the list, and my memory is getting old as much as i am at this age. By the way, I am 47y. Thank you my friend for reminding me, coz they are all an amazing singers and i have all their albums.
@bobbigboss111 Yeah but Dan McCafferty is definitely one of the ones in the top of the list by far. And yes Lawton is also one of my all time favorite singers. And 47 isn't that old.
I would love to see a reunion of the original Lucifer's Friend band and play all the tunes off of their first album which I consider one of the best albums I've listened to since the 60's
...and last but not least, he's really a gentleman, far from the cliches, you know...a man of great finesse as they say.Didn't care much bout Uriah, but during that gig I discovered a lot of treasures ...thank U John!!!!
I met him as a roadie for his first concert in Italy, I remeber him walking up & down the hall smoking and singin' O sole mio just 4 fun...what a set of pipes!!few hours later I saw him warmin up..singin' ace of spades in pure Lemmy' style, just 4 a laugh...I spent some time with the man & the guys of the band, then I met him again1 year later...I can tell u the man could sing ANYTHING with taste&soul... he can scream like Hughes, whisper like Coverdale, jam like Rodgers...no way, he's great!
1st time I listen this song, and my opinion: is super fantastic , is great song.....is magnific....is elegant song, super vocals.,guitars,bass,drums,keyb,.....all is good.......
@RitchieBlackmore8855 yeah the guitarist doenst sound bad, but it doesnt sound amazing. Just sounds "good", and there are millions of hobbie guitarist players who sounds "good" =/
@mnunezper oh ya agree with u 100% sounds very mediocre basic scales nothin outa the ordinary, jus a nice fat sound, but even so Mick Box too isnt one of the worlds greatest players, heep was more fat sound than guitar work. but yes agree sounds good not great but okay
@RitchieBlackmore8855 yep (: heep didnt had outstanding guitarist players but this guy is not even in the same level of those guys x) blackmore kick their asses !!
Roger Wilson on keys, Reuben Kane on Guitar, Justin Sheppard on drums, Steve Dunning on bass and John Lawton on vocals. Just brilliant ! This version done for a german TV show is just awesome !!!!!!!!
such a great singer but .... that guitarist? really?
