The president doesn't pass legislation, only present it. Congress passed the stimulus. And, that said, it was passed in response to an economic crisis that began almost a year before Obama took the presidency. I'm certainly not an Obama apologist, but it's too early to be heaping the blame on him yet.

It's not really the pitch issues, it's more pronunciation. for your style you want it just to be very understandable but still soft if you catch what I'm saying. Just try to make it rounder sounding and less nasely and it would have a lot more power. I sing as well (metal but still) and I was told the same things when I first started vocal lessons. Luckily here in Maine they are like $15 an hour XD

I *always* need to tune my guitar. lol. My problem is that I normally tune it when I pick it up then play for an hour or an hour and a half, so that it's out of tune by the time I decide I have to put it away and go back to the real world. Though, now that I think of it, I could start re-tuning it just before I record a video. :)
