i think i know how they did it! those swords fold up at ends nd the person inside the box sticks out wat looks like the end of the sword so the middle of the box is always clear

well, you see she's really a vampire...and the swords really go through her, but then when i pull them out she heals really fast.

seriously, i'm sure lots of folks could, but why ruin it?

Hi, first of all this is not your design. The box you are using it is too big if you compare it with the original illusion. The illusion has much more effect if you hold "six" spikes in one hand and you spike the box as fast as you can with the other hand. I don't know why must be the box on wheels platform. Get ride of the platform, you'll get bigger effect.

Original with the carton box is doing Russ Stevens, of course the illusion with the spikes is very old. But Russ is older than you and his version is increadible.

That was very well done. With a couple of more assistants on stage to hand you the swords and assist with pulling them out it would go faster , but really that was quite well done.
