It was a plastic bucket that your happy meal came in. They did it for the summer months, I think. They even had a halloween variant where you could get a pumpkin, witch and ghost. The ghost one glew in the dark. These were actually a really cool idea back then. Probably won't see anything like it anymore.
I had those pails too. Had a lot of fun at the beach with those things.
