They don't anymore. I've seen a lot of good videos with a long, LONG paragraph with disclaimers, which were even in the very beginning of the video itself, and still get taken down.

And it's only getting worse and worse on YouTube... probably because of that new Bill in Congress that will ban any video and/or clip from a movie, game, or show from the Internet. -_-
