Charities Beware! David Joubran, CEO at Acumen Solutions, and other principals and investors at Acumen Solutions owned NDC Group. The investors that acquired NDC Group, Metamor Worldwide, initiated a lawsuit against them in May 1999 for $100 Million in theft and fraud. Armed United States federal marshals were sent to NDC Group and key officials were escorted out of the building. Circuit Court of the City of Alexandria, Virginia, Chancery No. CH990685 against Dave Joubran.
