Whoever posted that comment about him not being purebred husky obviously hasn't done much research on the breed and is clearly just looking to show off her dog and say it's better than yours. Demon just has a woolly coat. No, it's not show standard, but just because a dog is AKC registered doesn't mean all of it' puppies will be show standard. My husky is 4 inches taller than the height limit and 10 pounds heavier. Who cares?

I'm jealous, had mine for 5 months but had to give him away cause my family never wanted him in the house so he couldn't be with his pack =(...didn't want top but I knew he'd be much better in a place where he can actually go in the house

I want to thank whoever has posted these videos of Demon. I had my red and white husky "Jake" for 8 years. He not only looked exactly like Demon, he had the exact same mannerism and personality as Demon does. We had to put Jake down this year due to extremely bad hip injury. When my wife showed me this video I cryed like a baby. Thank you so much and take good care of the Demon!

Huskies with Wooly coats cant be used in shows and such ( well dog showing :P) that's all. I've known plenty of woolies and theyre very much full blood. :]

I once had an all white siberian husky with blue eyes but we moved and I had to give him up. :((

Silverhaven was his name.

I was a teenager at the time and I told my mom I was going to leave and be homeless with my puppy but she wasn't having it.

I regret that decision. I wish I could take it back..

Hes a beautiful dog! but to fluffy to be an AKC siberian husky...check out my vid i have an AKC husky with CH. bloodlines shes black/white and a non registered thats grey white you can tell the difference between AKC breed standard and a non registered

@Huskygurl20 yeah its a recessive gene, but if your showing and breeding you shouldnt be breeding wooly coated huskies....ask any breeder, I have done research on this breed now for about 3 years....if your going to breed you should breed for traits and qualities that are good in the breed...not just some dog that looks beautiful with long hair, yeah some people like wooly but its not AKC standard...i personally go by the standard

@FUCKUBITCH010 The real reason why the Kennel club as we have here in the uk (KC) dont want long haired dogs is yes, because its not breed standard and this related back to when (and still currently) the fact that long hair would trail in the snow and slow the dogs down, which wasnt ideal for working the dogs, i own huskies so trust me i know lots about them. Personally i think this 'breed standard' that everybody goes on about is absolute bull.

@FUCKUBITCH010 Also, this 'breed standard' means that Spaniels have been bred to look standard with smaller heads which means that they are in such pain as their brains are too small for their skull. Ridgebacks were killed by breeders if they were born without their ridge, but the ridge is actually a spine deformaility! I disagree with people who think that 'breed standard' is a perfect dog, its ridiculous, and personally i dont agree with showing dogs, it cant be fun for them.

@FUCKUBITCH010 he isn't too fluffy, there is such thing as a woolly husky, still a purebread husky. AKC and all that means absolutely nothing unless you plan on showing the dog, it doesn't make the dog any less of a dog or a pet, why do people always try to make it like your dog is no good if the dog is not "AKC registered"??? who really cares??? So you know bloodlines, big deal, means nothing, I have 2 huskies that were rescued, the vet wished mine wasn't nuetered cuz he wanted to breed him.

Fraser is EXACTLY the same as Demon, Long haired too, everybody keeps trying to tell me that he is not a husky but a malimute and i keep saying noooooooooooo!! he is defo a husky. Uhh yeah. I'm not used to dogs who run around the house recklessly. Whenever I go down the car I see them running to me that they might bite me. So I had to hold my uncle infront of me as a shield. I dont even know why they're scared of me. Especially the black ascal he barks at me when he sees me.
