A mark of the man was that even his stoutest opponents spoke admiringly of him. One of them called Hubert Humphrey "a dedicated patriot, a decent and honorable man, and one whose personal friendship I deeply cherish." His name was Richard Milhous Nixon.

Once he shone on his own, now he sits home alone, and waits for the phone to ring.

@Bennanteno He is still pretty much everywhere. He is there when you drink fresh water, breathe fresh air, travel in the south, need disibility, have disiblities, and hopefully he will be there when you get old and need Medicare and Social Security.
