I have naturally curly hair, it is frizzy & I get split ends fast & damaged hair that gets dried out.

Is it best to use a hair mask or a deep conditioner or both?

And if I do use hair mask/deep conditioner do I use it once a week or what & would I use a regular conditioner?

I would love to know how to take care of my hair :)
