More specifically this is in Japan. If you're such an anime fan you should have been able to read the title at the beginning. Japanese women were obsessed with the women of ABBA because they had everything that Japanese women want. Blond hair, long legs, and they can speak English perfectly despite it being a foreign language. The chorus of the song is the same as the title so it was an easy sell in Japan, even among guys :^D

They actually went back to the original tapes and remastered them. The colors are a lot cleaner and brighter, and they removed all the annoying screen text.
