@LateNightCable What about all the kidnapped European cars in the US ??? Them "few" US cars in Europe are nothing compared the hundreds of thousands kidnapped and wasted European beauties like all of them English roadsters, Italian spiders and supersportscars, German BMWs, Mercs, Porsches, Audis, old Opel GTs. Build to go fast on European Motorways and restricted to 55 mph in the US
@CaptainBoullion Well, we don't drive 55 in the U.S. anymore, that ended in 1987. The speed limit on most interstate highways these days is 70-80 mph, and motorists routinely do 80 or 90+. U.S. roadways are wide and vast, so they are actually an ideal environment for fast cars of all types to stretch their legs. As fast as you'd really want to go in a couple of the cars you mentioned. And European cars could never get homesick here, because there are plenty of others to keep them company :)
The car is in Germany, like the owner and driver. The '68 tail lights will be frenched in the custom handmade tailpan, because actually they are sticking out. The original '71 plastic tailpan is broken and the owner wants create a more flush look of the tail.
Poor car, it doesn't belong kidnapped in Europe. It needs to be back in America.
