i vectored in a brilliant group of multi-colored pulsating lights on ground level here in the city, it was amazing! and nobody saw it but us because it was during sun rise @ the natural reservation where nobody lives

In Shasta, last time I went, we saw many of those, but one in particular, was just out of this world. It came in our biosphere, entering in an angle, then followed the curve of the earth. It then went out with a similar angle, to return a few seconds after using the same approach. It the disappeared over the horizon.

I saw a similar thing few nights ago.

Late at night I was outside, I looked up then I saw something like this, it went down towards the eastern horizon and disappeared then few seconds later I saw it again at the exact place it appeared before and it did the same exact thing over again!!??(it went the same distance with the same steady speed, not too fast not 2 slow and disappeared in the same location)!

Exactly what i saw here in northern Canada. i saw 5-6 of those orb crossing each other so close. no aircraft on earth crossing each other close like that.

About 5min saw them, 2 air plane scramble the sky with a huge sound like F-18 pass sound barrier.

The footage here was captured only moments after a group invitation using cts. This footage only shows about 1/3 of the activity in the sky at the time. Within about a fifteen minute period we saw over ten lightships meandering about in the sky. There were no recorded satellites out at the time according to heavensabove and similar websites. That doesn't take in account space debris and black orbitals but this does not matter anyway.

I've seen satellite before and 1) they are not as bright as these objects were, 2) these objects did not start at one corner of the sky and consistantly moving to the other corner. We were all intently skywatching and these objects would simply appear and then casually maneuver in the fashion shown here only to gradually dim and wink out.

They are very careful in presenting themselves; they demonstrated a characteristic mimicking of satellites. No huge fleets; no darting around the sky at sensational speeds (even though the speed these objects were actually moving according to their height, which was considerable, would have likely been between 500 and 2000 mph. These objects would make, from our vantage point, very subtle changes in speed and vectoring.

While adjusting for the movement of the clouds these changes were obvious and it was also obvious through watching these objects that they were absolutely not human orbitals or satellites in a fixed orbit. These beings were contacted with coherent thought sequencing by a group of individuals; they were invited to come. We're not interested in contacting visitors who have ulterior motives regarding their response to our invitation.

I cannot speak for an entire universe. However I think the rapid speed response and appearance of these ships for a small group contact is evidence of their intent. Remember that these are actually conscious, intelligent beings that showed up in the skies. Why would they respond at all -- what are their motivations? They are here solely for benevolent reasons -- the reason in this case is to assist humanity in awakening to the reality of extraterrestrial intelligence.

I'd also like to say that throughout the night the "split second blinkers" were seen. We'd be watching the sky and all of a sudden an extremely bright object would be seen for a split-second (probably about 20x the brightness of a star)--much brighter than any conventional explanation could provide. I saw several of these myself, and half of those were at trajectories inconsistent with high altitude objects; they were maybe 30 degrees off of the ground and maybe a few miles away.
