The train was travelling at 40 miles per hour and the bus driver did not stop at the level crossing and caused the carnage and also another train stopping at the station also got hit by the train. Its not the train driver who did not cause the carnage its the bus driver who caused this terrifying accident which killed bout 10 people & injuring nearly 210 people. The bus driver survived but was arrested of causing dangerous driving & failing to stop at the level crossing.
So what if the barrier was stuck, the driver of the bus should've been paying attention and it cost him his life, yes there are warning lights yes there are warning sounds regardless look both ways prior to crossing especially with a bus load of people, electronics tend to fail at times, looks like it could be suicide otherwise WTF..
Honestly...WTF!? Unless the driver was under some sort of medication....there is simply no explanation that could justify the bad judgement of this individual....
@CornNho unfortunatly it was only his mistake ..he decided to cross during red light..witnesses even confirmed that the bus passengers asked the bus driver to stop and he did not. Sad but true.

I am from Argentina, I can tell you that bus drivers tend to be really awful drivers, crossing red lights all the time...
