i use to own a commodore 128, 1571 disk drive, 1084 commodore monitor, a dot matrix printer, 1750 REU, a 2 button mouse, GEOS 128 2.0, bunch of joysticks and games! brings back good memories
seeing this video brings back a lots of fond memories of my C64 days, G&G, yea!. thanks for making and sharing this video. Also, that is soo cool how your dad worked on software protection algorithms for the C64. the pack I hung out with during the C64 golden years was into cracking such protection. Would love to hear some of the algorithms he used to protect these games, it would be a very interesting topic. Has he shared such details things to you?
@averagemale2000 We spoke of it a couple of years ago but I don't remember much and didn't quite understand what he was talking about since I don't have much knowledge of the inner workings of the Commodore and the disk drives.
I most certainly remember RapidLok along with V-Max! protection on original floppys. Those were the days..

Airborne Ranger stood out in gameplay and graphics. It's like an ancient ancestor to the well done Star Wars Battlefront 1 game.
