I think the freedom of knowing that you are always contactable really puts one at ease. Especially if you have kids - you want to know that the cell phone you have is reliable and not going to let you down in an emergency if the school or baby sitter, whatever, need to get hold of you - they can! Tracfone is just so reasonable as well it is hard to resist -it is under $10 for a cell phone at KMart..
BS alert!! Click the names of the other people that wrote comments, you'll discover they only write glowing comments about Tracfone. Shame of Tracfone that they're trying to mislead people with people writing boguss comments.
If you have been looking for a new phone to start the year off with, that won’t break your bank account, look no further. TracFones $45 a month Straight Talk plan is just what you need. Unlimited talk, text and data with no overages is tailor-made for you.
Hey it's entirely thanks to tracfone that I can afford to get my family phones. They're not fancy, but they work, and they keep us connected much like the lady with the black hair speaks of...well not at a casino though.
There's always been such a debate about whether kids should have a phone or not, and while I'm not a firm believer in their thumbs being permanently fixed to the keypad, I do think our lifestyles, with both parents working and kids leading such active lives, very often warrants the need for them. Tracfone is perfect for keeping costs low, and I can tailor the minutes to suit my family's needs.
@MsImpi I think kids, particularly active ones, need to keep in touch with their parents and in turn, the parents need to be in control of their kids usage. Its why my brother took my recommendation and went with TF when his son started baseball last year and needed to keep in touch before and after practice. He makes sure to load minutes for him and then if he feels they are being misused, he just wont re-charge the phone - super simple.
CRAPFONE - $20 for 60min. - basic phone $10.
PAYLO - $10 for 50min. - cameraphone w/ internet access $10!
& lets no forget crapfones CRAPPY customer service! They dont even answer their CS phones when you call!
